Bad News,

I couldnt measure holding the phone from one hand and I couldnt press using the remote to do my my BPEL measurements by my other hand.

I lose erection fast and holding everything at the same time was quite a difficult thing.

Whats the difficult thing is measuring BPFSL while holding the camera and at the same time pressing the remote in the fat pad while streching the dick as far as possible by my other hand.

Guys I need tips its really difficult than I thought.

But one thing to note is that last night while masturbating I can easily Bone Press with minimal push up to 17 cm/6.7 Inches.

I might just post normal erect pics.

Yeah its ridiculous hard to take a bpel picture with ruler. I lose about 1/3 inch all the time.

Ok I did my Fulcrum Streches, but today my dick was not very strechable it was a little bit resisting.

But at reaching my 17 min mark while doing my fulcrum streches it was becoming a little bit more strechable until I finished my routine.

I measured my BPFSL while standing and it have increased to 20.1 cm/7.92 Inches.

Note this was when I Bone Pressed to the limit uptill totally touching my pubic bone and there was a little left too if I pressed more harder.

Sitting BPFSL, Standing BPEL/Sitting BPEL, Standing NBPEL/Sitting NBPEL measurements will be later.

Ok I did my Morning Session it was very good.

18 mins warm up directly under hot water

25 min fulcrum streches /19 mins downward fulcrum /2 mins upward angle/2 mins left side /2 mins right side.
In total I did 25 sets.

7 mins warm down directly under hot water

Why are you giving your exercises a time limit, don’t think of a scheduled time just do the stretches until you are tired or are okay with what you have done, these kind of exercises may not need a lot of time but more quality exercising which is a key, but during the exercising, you must believe what you are doing is working. look if the exercise take 10 minutes, fine if it was a quality exercise, but if it takes 60 minutes make it a quality exercise, do not concentrate on time, but what you want to accomplish. Quality time and quality exercise is the key. Quality exercise and to believe what you are doing is working, but do it with out looking at the clock, just do it. I no longer PE, but I was very successful and quickly passed my goals and then some. Just do it watching TV or on the internet. this easy, PE is EASY.

Yeah you are right,

Actually I concentrate on the quailty of my exercises and they are 100% have proven to be a quality exercises.

I also concentrate on quality time too, so that I dont og overboard as going overboard seemed to affect my exercises and lead to turtling and overtraining.

I know my limit thanks for the advice tntjockey.

You are a legend yourself gaining a lot of length and girth too.

I just measured BPEL while standing and it have become 19cm/7.5 Inches.

While NBPEL while standing have become 14.4 cm/5.67 Inches.

Can you please tell me what a fulcrum stretch is? Is it when you stretch over a bottle?
