A Big Update
I Dropped my deconditoning phase and decided to resume my streching to figure out if the so called cord was my limiting factor for length gains
My New Streching Session was as follows:-
Warm Up 18 Mins
Inverted V Strech 10 Mins
Streching in all directions 5 Mins
Bundeled streches 5 Mins
Warm Down 5 Mins
Amazingly enough was that there was not that much resistance during the srteching session.
I just measures and My NBPEL while standing have become 5 inches identical to my measurement while sitting.
But my measurement during a sitted position it have become 5.1 inches.
So there might be potential after all !!
A New thing I introduced during my Streching session was that I was heating through applying a towel for 3-5 mins, maybe heating during my workouts made the big difference.
I noticed when I applied heating during my session the resistance of that cord decreased and as If i was able to strech more further than before.
