Hi i have done the newbie routine now since 6 month and ive zero gains.
No problem !!
I will pump and do manual stretches every days for the next year and see what happens.
For now it ‘is going well, i ordered a heat pad for my pump cause until now ive been pumping at cold.

My routine before :
15min stretching ( twice a day )
15 min jelq (once a day )
2 ON 1 OFF

My routine now :
10 min manual stretching
20 min pumping 5hg
(Full routine twice a day) no rest days

How about you drop this and start all over like you should’ve.
Start like this:
1 Day on
1 Day off
5-7min hot water on your penis in the shower
Light stretching to medium 30sec x4 directions up, down, left, right - 5 sets
0%-50% Erect Wet Jelqing 10min - Medium Pressure at best
5-7min of hot water on your penis in the shower again

After 2-4months of this add minutes to each exercise by feel.

Don’t complicate PE like that,your routine is really weird and makes no sense. This is a MARATHON I don’t know where are you rushing, you can only get hurt with these complicated routines.
Keep it simple as much as possible Stretch + Jelq for 4 months to half a year and add volume over time little by little. Hot water is most important you should have hot showers even when you don’t PE.

Best of luck. Simplicity is KEY. Patients too.

EDIT: Your measuring it wrong. Fix that as well. Use the ‘Search’ option as well.

I dont feel like jelqing is effective on me, i tried light jelqing heavy jelqing low erection hard erection.
Jelqing very complicated and unstable, it depends on too many things and i never know when i m doing it right…

I try “no rest days” because i feel like my penis is understructible and nohting can change him.
I tried the “less is more” approach before (2019) and again in 2020 but realy… my instinct tells me to do more.

Ive done this already, ive done the newbie routine and added some jelq time and stretch time, ive been heating my penis before PE too…
But this is too light bro, stretching my penis 30sec will not even warm up the damn thing

And my actual routine is everything but complicated.

Hey if you don’t like jelqing then get a jelqing device.. I use a device called Penilizer. Go on amazon and search Penilizer Jelqer. I use that because I didn’t like jelqing neither.

Hello. I would suggest you first of all do not use tape but ruler. And measure bone pressed. Also when you end stretching your penis should hang big if its not (its turtling) then you overstretched and you need to give it time to heal. That’s some advices I found myself from more experienced members and they seem to make sense. I also started a routine of stretching hope to gain some length.

Get your penis over a sink or some table, press your palm over it and pull your hips back to jelq. Careful here.
Grab bellow glans and twist as many times you can, then you pull while your other hand squeeze the twisted shaft. Extra careful here.

Dont worry i measure bone pressed too, but it dont make any difference since ive no bodyfat.

And for the turtle effect, i read somewhere that turtling is different for everybody, we all have different penises and some peoples cannot counter the turtle effect… even with the lightest and the shortest of stretches.

For me turtle effect is a standard… that is why a double my routine ( morning and evening ) to keep my penis extended toward the day.
