2.5 Month's Progress Report
I am a new to PE. I did pump for a few years about 25 years ago. I started the newb routine 2-10-19 , and as of 4-18-19 I have gained 1.33”. I am 56 years old and I really have been responding well to just stretching, and jelqing. I use heat alot before and usually between stretching and jelqing, and also after. My girth has also increased 1/4” mid shaft in this time. I took a couple weeks off a few weeks ago because I felt like I was toughing up., The following week I picked up a 1/4”. For me I have made the best gains when I do 1 on 1 off. I was up to 15 minutes of stretching and 25 minutes of jelqing before I took the couple weeks off. I started back at half that amount of time, and have been adding a couple minutes each session. I really never even dreamed I would see this amount of growth in such a short period of time. I think about 3/4” was gaining back what age took away. I figured the gains would stop at that point when I hit my old maximum length. I really don’t know how much longer this will continue, I would love to see another 1/2” this year but realize at some point this has to slow down significantly. I am encouraged by the fact that I am going fairly light and still seeing results. Anyway I owe a lot of thanks to the veterans that have been here for years giving excellent advice against over training, and avoiding injuries.
