Hello all, after realising that I should have created my own progress report, here it is:

I decided to start the linear routine, 4 and a half months ago, starting really low intensity and building up every session. Always 10 minutes warm up, ( occassionnally less, but never less than 5 min ) the first 3 months with the hot towel method, then changed to rice sock ( less effective but more practical in my opinion )

2 days on 1 day off ( always finding it hard with consistensy, often taking 2 days break at weekends, sometimes more )

Always OK grip palm towards the ceiling wet jelqs, sometimes a few overhand wet jelqs, and a few dry jelqs before the wet ones. But mostly wet. Started using normal vaginal or anal lubricant, quite costly, and sometimes too slippery, also used almond oil, now using vaseline.

I started at 10 wet jelqs, on the 20th of january 2016, and added on 10 every session.

One and a half months into the routine, I started to add stretches. I started at 10 second stretches in 4 directions, so 40 seconds. One month later I was at 10 minutes total stretching, and 130 Jelqs.

Stayed at 10 minutes stetch, but still adding on the jelqs till I got to 200 jelqs 2 months and 3 weeks into the routine.

Then went back to 150 jelqs ( still with 10 minutes stretch ) for a week, as advised ( cant remember why exactly ), then took a 2 week break, as I was advised to do. ( 1 week off every 4 weeks on, or 2 off 8 on ), as I was on the routine for 3 months and no gains whatsoever.

2 weeks break later, started my sessions again, starting at aprox half the amount I had left off, in my case 80 jelqs ( left off at 150 ), adding 10 jelqs per session and also progressivly stretching again ( started at 6 minutes stretching ).

2 weeks later I was at 150 jelqs again and 10 minutes stretching, and soon got red dots ( some quite large ) and also a bit of a turtled flaccid at some times on the day.

So I decided to take 5 days off. By that time red dots had subsided, and my general penis health felt better, so I continued the routine, but experimenting with the amount of force used/quantity of jelqs.

Thats where I am now. I am doing 50 jelqs per session, at normal pressure ( the pressure that I have been using throughout the routine, which might be too high )

When I have done a week of that I will do a week of higher quantity of jelqs at a lower intensity (grip), in order to see which seems to be making my penis shrivel, the intensity or the quantity of the jelqs.

At the moment I am keeping track on paper my EQ and flaccid general state daily. At the moment its fine.

NO GAINS YET at 4.5 months routine.

My current BPER is 18.6mm/7.3 inches, and girth erect 13.7mm/5.3 inches

Heat makes the difference between gaining quickly or slowly for some guys, or between gaining slowly instead of not at all for others. And the ideal penis size is 7.6" BPEL x 5.6" Mid Girth.

Ive also stopped stretching for the duration of the experiment. I dont really like stretching anyway ( causes me pain behind the glans ) , but I will definetly include a little in the future, with a lighter tug.

I hate stretching myself too, but for length gains is essential, of course not the only exercise for length but..

Anyway, keep a track of what you are doing so you and we can see how we can make the most out of it depending on your observations.

I’m starting to feel that length gains aren’t as important to me as girth gains. If I did just jelqing, could I still produce a little length gains? ( say 1 or 2cm ) And do you think gains are more permanent from stretching or jelqing?

Back to the experiment, EQ and flaccid hang are always changing anyway, regardless of PE, so it might be hard to see a change between the week of 50 strong gripped jelqs, and the week of lighter but more quantity of jelqs. We will see.
So when I start the week of lighter jelqing, do I go straight into 100 or 150 jelqs, or gradually over a week get up to 150 say, and then start the week experiment?
PS I must admit, I am enjoying this period of only doing 50 jelqs…it saves me so much time compared to 150 or 200 jelqs plus 10 minutes stretching.

Yes you can have length and girth gains with jelqing. It is the most balanced exercise.

Go straight for 100-150 reps when you start using lighter jelqs.

The point is to observe the differences as fast as you can.

You were doing the same amount anyway, so the point is to see if it need to be done gentlier.

Day one of the lighter sessions week has been done…150 jelqs about 30% lighter…

I feel that I should be at a higher erection level for the lighter jelqs to be effective…I basically try and see/feel my glands with the other hand to see/feel if its getting hard and full of blood when I reach the end of the stroke. So far I havent noticed a huge difference, but Ive had twice morning wood this week, which I dont often get…

just ease into the higher erection jelqs- what are your goals? have you looked at the instructional videos on this site to make sure you are doing your jelqs correctly?

Probably 8 inches is my goal, and quite a bit of girth( not sure how much ) specially towards the glans and the glans itself. Yes Ive seen the videos a long time ago, I might have another look. I should make a video myself and post it on the forum…then you guys can tell me if you see a problem?

Seems like you are on a good path for your goals. perhaps try to focus on the stretches and constant heat… light jelqing until you get to 8. Also take a flacid stretched length measure- I have read that FSL gains are a harbinger for EL gains.

Time- you will need more time. this does not happen over night.. maybe some newbie gains from EQ will come but you have spent your whole life at basically one size that is a lot of time… you will need a lot of time to change that….and work…I think you will have to work up to 500 jelqs over time… 1-2hrs a day of work to get gains you are looking for.

do some more reading in the forums to see how your workout stacks up and to make sure you are doing the exercises that will get you to your gains most quickly..

I am giving up jelqs myself to focus on stretching and length.


I just watched the videos, and the guy seems to take alot longer than 2-3 secondes per stroke. I spend about 2-3 seconds per stroke, so alot quicker than the guy on the video.


1-2 hours per day is not something I can possibly do. There are many people that gain with much less. You are saying that I am probably a hard gainer, and that I would have to do more work than some? I am currently experimenting on the quantity of jelqs. I would prefer stick with my current size then spend 2 hrs a day on attempting to gain. Half an hour to three quarters is per session is the max Ive done ( including stretching) and I find that already a long time.
