Start: Dec 2016 BPEL: 6.125" MEG: 5.5" (5' - 9" 264 lb)

I just entered my different measurements in the vizualizer and then copy and pasted screen copy into photoshop. Easy to make and helps show clearer results than actual image I think.

Okay, so here is a run down of my routine in brief, any questions, ask.

Started with a penomet only, working up the colours until red, alternating them in the day or the same night session, 20-30minutes in the bath, kegals the whole time.

Then experimented with uli, girth blasters and other stuff, I stuck to using bends and squeezes a bit with the odd jelq.

Took a break because I was moving.

At that point I was wearing a cockring every day and every night during sleep. This is what I attribute gains to.

Now I have only a shower, I do high low pumping with girth blasters between and the odd squeeze and bends when I can remember, sessions are usually three sets of five max to nothing pumps plus kegals between each pump.

Thats pretty much it, I have experimented with I think nearly all the manual exercises but they are the ones that stayed in use.

Oh, and on and off I have done stretches but it’s rarely more than five minutes cause it gets boring.

Ok, so pumping sounds like it was an important part of your routine. Was it intense when you did it (high hg)? What makes you attribute your gains to the cockring? From what I understand on its own it gave you the gains.

The way I see it there are three principles involved to enlarge things.
1 Creating expansion
2 holding expansion
3 healing

The rings allowed me to hold expansion for much longer periods and heal when in those states not just heal afterwards.

I only use the penomet, red. So don’t know hg. But it can be fairly intense.
