Selecting Your Cylinder Size

Can you shop on-line? Here is a good price on a Leluv system on ebay:

The primary goal of PE should be to make your penis as healthy as possible in both form and function. If you do that, increased size will follow.

Just took some proper measurements:
NBPEL: 6.75”
BEG: 5.25”
MEG: 5.25”

Prefer to emphasize girth.

I’m guessing a 9” x 2” cylinder is the way to go?

Forgot to mention that when I’m erect, my ball sack usually pulls up very close to my body, and from what I’ve read, this will probably increase the likelihood of my balls getting sucked into the cylinder. Would I be better off with a 9” x 1.75” cylinder at first? At 5.25” EG (1.67” diameter), a 1.75” ID cylinder should prevent ball-suck, but not sure how useful it would be for girth gains?

If you are going for girth you should get the 2” diameter cylinder. Try stretching your balls out after you get erect and also try using no lube. If you use no lube, enter the cylinder erect and bone press the cylinder as you start to pump up. As long as you are not packing the tube, you can safely pump with no lube.

Thanks, I’ll go with the 2” ID cylinder.

I’ve been using a 1.75in diameter cylinder but my scrotum gets pulled in every once in awhile. So I stepped it down to a 1.5 in diameter. While my scrotum doesn’t get pulled in any more, getting in and out of the cylinder semi erect requires mild effort as my head is slightly bigger than the opening on the 1.5in. I fill the 1.5in pretty well. Any suggestions on how I should use the 1.75in without having my scrotum pulled in? Use less lube? I can keep using the 1.5in but I feel like its going to hurt the girth growth. Thanks

I’ve been pumping whenever I have time for the past few months. I am able to pack my LAPump elliptical ~1.75”x2.25” elliptical tube during a session which then results all of the stress concentrated at the top of my penis. I’m comfortable that a 6.25” post pump girth is in not “limiting” my girth gains based on my current 5.5” MEG and I understand some people believe this helps contribute to length gains, but I am more annoyed by the donut under the head. Should I get the next larger tube and step up during a pumping session or should I stick with my current tube? If a larger tube is in order, I would appreciate any recommendations on a good quality relatively inexpensive second tube as the the LAPump elliptical tube costs over $100 including shipping. Thanks to everyone on this thread for the great advice and information sharing.

Just read 3 to 5 posts just before this. We discuss this exact topic.

Hi everyone,

First post ever and also new to pumping, been doing it for the past two weeks. So far I’m loving it.. I can already tell a huge difference in EQ, and I seem to have gotten a .5” MSEG gain for at least an hour or two after pumping. I bought an 8” x 2” LA Pump, but I’m wishing now I would have seen this thread before placing my order. My base girth is 6.25” so I’ve been easily packing the tube about half way (my penis tapers from base to head with a MSEG at about 5.25 to 5.50. I just ordered a 2.25” tube at the recommendation of this thread in hopes to better achieve my girth goals. I initially went with LAP Dist’s recommendations and they just got an extra $70 out of me for a bigger tube, so I’d say definitely take gprent’s advice on this one!

Can anyone tell me a typical time frame before I’m able to pack the entire tube? It seems like I’ve read on here somewhere that a guy can pack an entire tube!? When someone says they are packing the entire tube, does this include length and girth? My BPEL is 6.75” so it’s hard to imagine filling an 8” tube, or hell a 9” for that matter!

Check out Leluv cylinders on ebay. They are round, but that’s OK. http://www.ebay.com/itm/LeLuv-Penis…=item20d1a930e7

No one can tell you how long it will take to pack a tube, but fully packed means girth wise. Some guys can pack both length and girth, but although very impressive, it is also very rare.

Thanks man. In just the last two weeks I’ve started noticing it becoming more difficult to break the suction and slide the tube off because my meat is packing tighter inside the tube. Some of this may be scrotal skin that gets pulled inside, so I’ve started using talc powder on my sac before going in which helps get a grip and pull the skin downward. I have a nice little spreadsheet going to help track my progress for jelqing and pumping. I think pumping has been what’s missing from my on and off PE routine over the last few years. It’s definitely a big motivator for me because you get that immediate visual result. Wish me luck, I’m going for a big fat one!

Thanks. No lube actually worked well after I trimmed some hair.

understanding pumping pressure

1. Does more space between surface of penis and the tube yield and increase in effective pressure on the tissue?

2. Is there a benefit to my purchasing a 10 inch cylinder versus 9 inch, if I am certain that I will stop PE when I reach 8 inches?

3. When the surface of the penis touches the wall of the tube (ie, packing), does this yield a decrease in effective pressure on the packed surface area vs the surface that is not packing?

4. If I am only concerned with girth, and I am currently packing my tube girth-wise but not length-wise, should I get a larger diameter tube to increase effective pressure to increase girth?

Thanks — I am trying to really understand the mechanics of how this stuff works.
