Selecting Your Cylinder Size

Thank you firegoat. Will be buying a pump soon.

Hey I brought a pump with a gauge the other day and it come to me with the gauge already reading 5” HG should I treat this as 0?

Yes

The primary goal of PE should be to make your penis as healthy as possible in both form and function. If you do that, increased size will follow.

Question,

I just purchased my first pump; and because I’m a bit of an idiot, I made the purchase from my smart phone while at work. Well being at work, I couldn’t measure.
I knew my girth was just under 6” mid shaft, but had no idea what my base girth is. Being in a hurry to buy the pump I guessed on base girth; only knowing it was larger than mid shaft.
I ended up buying a 9 by 2.5 set from Leluv. Now this particular cylinder has a flared base and an inner rim that is 1/2 inch (1/4 flare on outside, 1/4 rim on inside).
So my question is; is the issue of my testicles being drawn into the cylinder the only concern, or will the extra volume of the cylinder cause other issues (ie. Loss of EQ, extra lymph build up, slow gains)?

Thank you in advance!

P.S. I am looking to gain girth, length is coming along quite well with jelqing and manual stretches.

FL 3” FMSG 3.5”
BPEL 7.2” EMSG 5.9”
Goal - NBPEL 8” EMSG 6.5 - 7”

” Once a goal is achieved, the only logical thing to do is to set your sights higher, and set new goals.” - R. J. D.

Your only concern is your testicles being sucked into the tube. If this happens, try pumping without lube. Other then that, your cock doesn’t know what size container it is in, as long as it is not too small.

Thank you for the answer!

I was a bit worried there might be more. I don’t see the testicles being a big problem. I’m not sure why, but they have always been over sized and hang really low.

I’m looking forward to my pumping experience and learning from all of you vets out there in PE land!

My tube just cracked & is leaking. Thinking about thickwall, but how long is the shipping to the US?

Air vs Hydro cylinders

I’m looking into getting back into pumping after a 10yr break. Back when, I used to air pump using the staging method (1.75, 2.0,2.25) which I found to be better than having one oversized cylinder. Now I’m looking into hydro pumping (BM & Penomet) due to reviews stating its better. One thing I noticed is that hydro doesn’t stage their cylinders. So my question is, does hydro pumping eliminate the use/need of staging cylinders. Thanks

Those water pumping devices are usually large enough such that staging is not necessary. Also, they are quite a bit more expensive then regular air cylinders and even if they were made for staging, it would be cost prohibitive.

Hello my girth is 4 1/8” mid shaft, 4 1/2” base, 5.25” length
I looked at your table and it seems that I should get the 1.5” cylinder, but I’m more concerned with girth gains than length so would it be better to get the 1.75” cylinder?

I also saw a moderator post a link to la pump and they have an oval shaped cylinder that is supposed to be better than circular one they say, have you heard of these kinds of cylinders and if they benefit vs circular cylinder?

Current: 6/15/13, BPEL 5.25, EG 4.25 (mid), 4.5(base girth)

Start: 11/19/12, BPEL 5 EG 4

Yes, I think you can go for the 1.75” cylinder. I don’t know if there is any proof that an oval cylinder works better. I don’t think your cock has a clue what shape cylinder it is in. Go the the circular.

Is it necessary to use a 2.5” cylinder to achieve 7” of cemented girth or will packing a 2 1/4” cylinder suffice? I don’t want to buy another cylinder if I can help it. I’m coming out of the 2 1/4” tube at 6 1/2 inches mseg and this drops to 6” after a few hrs.

I seem to be finding girth gains easier to achieve than length. I started PE 12 weeks ago mostly extending and manual stretching and now have gone from 5 1/2” mseg to 6” mseg. I have only seen 1/4” length increase, even though it has been length and not girth I’ve been chasing. I’m now going after length and girth at the same time because I think length might be easier attained if I stretch girthwise as well.

Hello! Does it matter if I get a wider cylinder then what I actually need if I also plan on doing length exercises? My base is around 4.5 inches and my head is around 5 inches, kinda weird how skinny it gets towards the base. Just looking to get started with pumping and my measurements kinda make it hard to decide on what I should do, my head is wider then my whole penis. At my base it starts at 4.5” and gets closer to 5” higher up the shaft and my head is bigger then everything else, the head may be even a little over 5”. Kinda stuck here. I checked out a local sex store online for pumps and they don’t have one that is under 2 inches wide, They also don’t sell a pump with a gage on it.. What should I do?
