Pumping twice a day?

I have been pumping for a few weeks now once a day in the mornings.

Sometimes I have time to pump in the evenings also, would this help me make gains or be detrimental?

The reason I ask is I am not sure of the amount of time needed to heal the micro-tears caused by pumping.

Don’ over do…..be patient, and think to have an healthy dick, PE is an long time return investment. Try to take one to two day break…..

I pump twice a day anytime I get the opportunity. There are guys here a lot more experienced than I but I dont see anything detrimental about it if your sensible with your pressure and time. You may want to wait until your dick is a little more conditioned to PE thats all.

I pump for 3 x 8 minute sets. Started off at 5hg but now pump at 7hg and 8hg.

I do not get any red spots, discolouration or a donut.

I normally pump for 4 or 5- 10 minute sessions at 5hg. I try not to go over that because I will get a donut. At nite if I have the opportunity I try to do a few more sessions.

I never had discoloration until I started a hanging then pumping routine and got a bunch of discoloration, but it is slowly fading now that I have stopped that routine.

I’d stick to once a day. You are testing the false assumption that if a little is good, then a lot must be much better. Unfortunately, that rule is almost always false and a lot turns out to be detrimental.

I pump every other day but my routines are fairly long and intense. I need that day to recover. When I was pumping consecutive days I was finding that the tally wasn’t expanding or feeling as good on the 2nd or 3rd day. I was also more likely to have fluid and bruising issues. So I switched to 1 day on/1 day off and am getting better workouts and results, though I have not measured recently. I do think you could do 2 a day sessions and probably benefit but you would have to keep those sessions short and easy.

OK, I think I will stick to what I have been doing regards pumping. I only asked as I sometimes get the time to pump twice a day.
