I like vacutech they are a bit expensive but worth the extra I like there thick wall elliptical cylinder. I also like water pumping you could get a reservoir system from Amazon for less then $20 its worth it if you enjoy pumping with water. I find that I get less swelling with water and it feels good I was incorporating it every time I took a shower and it was working great.
