Hi all!

I brought a LA Pump with gauge and have been using it for over a month now. A special shout out to ‘Titleist’ for all his help and support in helping me select the right one and for giving instructions so I could get on my way.

I warm up with a heat lamp for 5 mins, lube up, do a pump at 4HG-4.5HG pressure for 10 mins, rest for 5 mins then another set at 4-4.5HG pressure for 10 mins, then shower to warm down. The heat lamp is on for the entire session. I started at just 1 10 min session for 2 weeks but am now comfortable with 2 sets.

I’m enjoying it so far and will be measuring at the end of this month and tracking progress on this thread.

So far I am seeing positive indicators eg when I stretch it out a little it remains longer, it doesn’t curdle, good erection quality but I am still sleeping through my morning wood so can’t really comment there.

Happy this seems to be working on me vs Bathmate/various other contraptions I have tried with no success.

BPEL 7 EG 5.5 NBPEL 6.5 Flaccid length 4.5. Started Jan 2015 at bpel 6.5 nbpel 6.0 and eg 5.2 flaccid length was 3.5

I have reached my goal. At least for now.

After a month of pumping I’ve noticed a 1/8” length increase.

I haven’t measured consistently throughout my PE career but certainly have grown over time, but this was a pleasant surprise.

I haven’t measured girth as I’m only interested in length, but my concern is managing fatigue. At present I’m really suffering erection quality, so I’m considering only pumping 3 times a week instead of 5 and see how that works.


Began December 2009 at 5 7/8" length and 5" girth.

As of December 5th 2012 7 3/8" BPEL and 6 1/8" base girth.

Going for the magic 8"x6"

Three times a week is sufficient for growth and keeping an amazing EQ.

Titles - 3 times a week. So Wednesday (2x10 mins), Saturday, Sunday is ok? I train in the gym the other evenings so have little time now :( Could pump in the morning if better. Thanks!

Hey Dino, I see you are aiming for length. So you’re not using any manual exercises at all? Are you packing the cylinder while pumping?

I massage, add lube, pump, massage, pump, massage then do some jelqing in the shower. Not much else to be honest. The suction does drop to 4 HG so I squeeze it to always try and keep it half way between 4 and 5 HG. In the last minute of the second set I pump it up to 5 HG and then remove.

No, not really. It definitely gets thicker and I measured it inside the tube (as in put the measure tape on the top of the tube while it was pumped) and measured girth as soon as it came out and it is ‘bigger’ (1/4 inch thicker, 1/2 inch longer not BPEL but from base) so I’m hoping with enough pumping I do get bigger.

I aiming for length about 1 inch and girth about 0.5’ and I’m a happy man. Honestly at this point any gains would be good - girth, length, anything.

Starting adding 50 jelqs between sets instead of just massaging. Lets see how this goes. :)

Up to 5HG now, 2 sets 10 mins each, 50 jelqs in between the sets.

Waking up with rock hard erections feels good but coming out of my underwear so need to be careful :P

Measuring next week to see if I’ve made any progress so far.

Why would you need to be careful with it coming out of your underwear?
