I have noticed that gains can sneak up on us in PE. If you aren’t measuring at the right time of day, or if your EQ is a bit low due to the stress of the program, sometimes something as simple as an extra day off and a good night sleep can reveal new gains from the work you have put in.

Bump

How many months? Pumping takes time. Use constant heat. Condition yourself so at the end of your routine you’ll reach more than your BPEL outside of the cylinder.

Some folks just don’t gain from pumping, I’m one of them.
You may need to look at a more rounded routine with pumping as just a supplement.

Took me about a solid 3 months until I saw gains with pumping. But that was in conjunction with stretching and jelqs. I will say that I had to switch to a smaller tube until I noticed length gains because the first cylinder was wider and I was only getting girth until I switched into a smaller cylinder.

Why do you say that? I’m new to pumping (but a PE veteran) and am starting with a 5 minute warmup at 2.5 Hg followed by 10 mins at 5 Hg. This is all done with a heating pad wrapped around the tube at a pretty high temperature.

I looked briefly through your posts but didn’t find stuff on your pumping routine. Have you stuck with 2x10 mins @ 5 Hg and gotten good gains?

Getting conditioned is important. I find that if you are growing keep doing what is bringing the gains.

Over time I started marathon pumping. It’s certainly not for someone just starting out.

Well my dick is pretty well conditioned… I’ve done some very extreme clamping, so I don’t know if this is enough for me. I’ll try it for a month or two and then go from there I guess.

What’s the highest Hg you go to?

Sorry I decided to just let my penis rest as I was tired of no gains. Going to restart. Why are the recommendations? I gained nothing from pumping last time so if I need to do more let me know. I want my unit thicker and longer by the end of next year otherwise I’m going to throw everything in the bin and keep posting negative reviews or something as I will have completely lost faith in this (been trying for years and have made 0 gains till date).

Have you tried manuals after a really long warm up? I’ve found that when I do stretches after 8-10 minutes warming up they are effective and I get the wiener tired. I usually do it in front of a space heater to keep everything loose. Can’t express enough how much heat has been helping.
