Gains in the tube only ?

So has anyone else noticed this ? what does it mean ?

Over the last 5 months I’ve had a good routine going, 5 or 6 days a week, 20/30mins a day at 3”hg with hot water in the tube,
EQ’s been good PI’s pretty good.

Over this time I’ve noticed I’m filling a lot more of the tube, way more than I used to, but erect gains outside the tube = Zero !

Contrary to the popular idea of toughening over time It seems my penis is actually getting more elastic !

This isn’t fluid build up either I get no edema at all.

Anyone have any ideas about this, is it a precursor to gains ?
Has anyone else gained in the tube only ?

( I should point out that I’ve been pumping for over 2 years but for the first 18 months with too much pressure and too infrequently, lesson learned :) )

I dont know it exactly but I always feel like a pump increases the potential for gains. I had the same with the bathmate. I steadily “gained” in the bathmate but outside, other then light fluid and better EQ, nothing.
When I started using other exercises I gained.

I feel you saying it is more elastic is what the pump in first place does. Now its on you to use that outside the tube. Maybe some clamping or jelqs.
You could also think about ending the pumping with cold water pumping as cold water decreases the elasticity while the vaccuum is still at work.

On the other hand it might be interesting if you keep this experiment going. Maybe a break for some days? who knows…
I would probably add something like cold water or jelqs, clamps and check how it changes the state.

You will gain if you are seeing expansion in the tube. Stick with a warm water cool down. Pumping is the only thing I’ve done for length. Stay consistent.

Yes they did. I was also marathon clamping which I think is the culprit. Consistency and heat are what made the difference for me.

Titleist, you said pumping is the only thing that you did for length. I’m looking at starting to pump soon.
How much length do you usually grow in the tube? I’m at 7” FSL and at 5” girth. You think a 9 inch long tube with a 1.75 diameter is a good start or should I get the 2.00 diameter one? Maybe a longer tube?

What do you recommend?

I have been pumping for 30 months and have gained 1/2 inch in girth. Although I have also gained 1/2 inch in EL, I attribute most of the length gains to extender use or perhaps a combination of extender/pumping routines. Very little gains during first six months.

And did you notice an increased size in the tube first ?

I’m trying to understand how you can see a big increase in size under low vacuum without gains, maybe it’s pure tunica stretch and the smooth muscle takes longer to catch up ?

I’ve seen a number of people report an increase in BPFSL before seeing erect gains, maybe this is a similar thing ?

You can always pump it out and use the post pumped cock for sex. This way you get to use your gains. You can always put a brocolli band over it or jump right into a cockring.

When you pump out the air in the cylinder the vacuum pulls the cylinder into your fat pad giving the impression your penis is being stretched outward when in fact it is the cylinder moving into your fat pad and revealing more of your hidden penis. To a much smaller extent, the vacuum may also be stretching the tunica, ligaments and other tissue, but such a stretch is very minor in comparison to the visual illusion.

As far as the increased girth that you see in the cylinder, this is not an illusion, but is actually resulting from the engorgement of the chambers with blood induced by the forces of the vacuum. The vacuum also causes excess body fluid to be forced into cells which causes additional engorgement known as edema.

The continued forced engorgement of the various tissues in the shaft of the penis over months and years eventually translates into increased girth. Depending on the elasticity of the tunica and ligaments, the minor stretch caused by the vacuum may also translate into some length; however, combining pumping with other PE exercises (stretching and jelqing) is a more productive way to increase length.

Dont forget that this is far from a precise science.

We can only speculate what it means.

I’ve been pumping for 6ish weeks now I think, my erect length in and out the tube are the same and I’ve already gained 1cm girth and about 0.7cm length.

How long are you under 3mmHg for? Water pumping only?

Titleist; do you pump with hot water or did you do something else to apply heat to your pumping routine? Apologies if you have already posted this information elsewhere.

Seen any gains yet, Capernicus? I plan to start a pump-only routine soon, eventually adding some manual stretches in…any tales I can read of people gaining from pumping only is great news for me (too bad you scarcely hear of it happening :/ )

Jelqs just arent for me - no matter how I do them, they hurt my dick!
