Exercises for the perfect pump routine
I have looked at alot of threads here and thought I would start my own. Now I want every pumpers advice on this that has gained. I want to do the perfect pump routine, for length or girth. I am 6 1/2 x 5 right now, thats NBPEL, My goal is 7.5 x 6.5 or 8 x 6.5, either one I will be happy. Should I follow advocets routine? Pump every day then 2 times a day, 10 minutes low hg? Or should I do a couple more sets jelq inbetween? Or pump only 3 - 4 times a week like I have read on other threads for recovery time? I was planning on doing this routine.
Pump every morning and night 10 minutes, 3-5 hg.
30 minutes jelquing 3 times a week before or after pump.
Advice anyone on other routines to do with pumping for massive gains? Once again I have read through alot of threads but want to create one of my own for all who have gained pumping.
