My routine:

1. V-stretch 5set, Invert V-stretch 5set

2. BTC-stretch 2x3min

3. Wet Jelqing 15min

4. Hold base when 90% erect 5x1min

I have tried clamping and kinds of “blasters”, but no effect…
Are these stretch-techniques the best or do you recommend other layout?
Ans other girth exercises?

Also, is it best to do stretches first, or jelqing first?
I do WET jelqs so it’s some work to clean off all oil… But if it matters?

I want to keep them at 4 pieces.

I think jelqing first because the penis is more stretchable and easier to stretch. If you have Clorox wipes, oil comes off the skin very well. I like Wet Jelqing better for flaccid, but do dry jelqing slower and you could focus on girth better. With wet jelqing, you can jelq quickly and focus on length.

V stretches are very good, and I like the “two-way” stretch. Pretend you are going to do a normal stretch, but with the other hand you grip the base and pull your hands apart. This really stretches the penis well instead of the ligaments. I like to do those in 3 different directions (left, middle, right) for 30 seconds each. Start by doing it twice in each direction, and each month increase the time. I would do this instead of BTC.

Personally, I jelq, then V stretch, then two-way. You might want to do your erect clamps after jelqing, and save stretches for last.

I stretch, then jelq, then stretch again. Are you using heat/warm-up?

Yes I am using 6-10min hot towel, + trying to kegel meanwhile.
I also do the same afterwards…

The stretching I do before jelqing is downwards. My rationale is that stretching downwards first relaxes the ligaments to full length so that jelqing has the maximum chance to stretch the tunica lengthways as well as in girth. If the ligs are short, they are going to be the limiting factor in how much stretch you can get out of the tunica. After jelqing, the tunica should be more tired and less resistant to stretch, so I stretch again to ensure I have got as much stretch from both the ligaments and tunica as possible.

That’s my explanation, but my suggestion is just to try it for yourself and see if it feel ‘right’ to you. It does to me.

Just a newb. question: DOes BTC-stretch stretch the ligaments? So that could be a starter?

This makes a lot of sense I pretty much follow the same type of method, I often do fowfers, for the downward stretch, then rotary(In all directions of the clock)

BTC targets ligs well.

Is it possible to dry-jelq when circumcised?

I’m circumcised and I dry-jelq quite frequently. I can even masturbate my excess skin (that is, instead of my hand going up and down, I use the skin on my penis to contact my glans.)

I really like dry jelqing, for cleanup. I always do the upside down ok grip (meaning i grip with thumb and index and three fingers not used are on top) and do 10 jelqs left and then 10 right. Then, I go straight down the middle while using the grip where you use the thumb and index on both hands to psuh forward. For more info, watch the videos.
