Brake Bleeder Pump.

You’re the lucky one then. I’ve had it fail due to pumping water into the pump and others here have also. When I say fail I mean it begins to leak resulting in frequent/constant pumps to keep the vac at the same level. If all is working well you should seldom have to pump to hold vac after initial set up.

Initial: 7” BPEL; 6” NBPEL; 5.25” - 5.5” MEG

Current: 7-7/8” BPEL; 7-3/8” NBPEL; 8.5” BPFSL; 6.5” MEG; 6”x5” Flaccid.

Goal: Improved/consistent EQ while managing ED. Secondary: maintain current stats.

I was able to clean most of the oil off in order to test it out. It works well and I can build up pressure much faster in comparison to the previous pump I have used. I do notice that it loses pressure over time, but it is significantly better in comparison to my last pump which I needed to use every 5-10 seconds. There is still a little bit of oil left on the handles that I need to wash off, but overall I am happy with the purchase. Cleaning was done by using paper towel that was placed in a solution of water and dish detergent. I tried my best to avoid water getting into the pump while cleaning.

Fellow peen pumpers, I am new to pumping and just bought a brake bleeder. I am sorry to hijack this thread with such an embarrassingly newbie question, but can someone explain the following to me..

How should I be removing my penis pump? Should I just slide a finger into the tube, breaking the vacuum, then remove my dick? Or is there something I’m meant to press in order to release the pressure? Is there any way to lower the pressure without manually breaking the vacuum?

Again, sorry for the ignorance - just want to make sure I’m not about to injure the little fella.

If you look at the picture of the hand pump in the post before yours, you will see a small lever more like a pin sticking out on the bottom of the pump immediately under the gauge. That is the pressure relief lever. Press it in and it will release the vacuum and allow the tube to pressure up to normal pressure.

That pin should have a small plastic cap on it but those disappear almost immediately.

Some pumps, Mighty vac for example, have a larger trigger lever for pressure relief. Same location tho.

In an emergency you can just tilt the tube, or stick a finger under it, disconnect the hose, whatever you need to do to. It wont hurt your dick or the equipment.

Thank you 32Q - that’s good to know!

Hopefully this is something I can easily fix but I don’t want to cause any damage by getting water into the pump.

Same here. Bought a Pittsburgh brand break bleeder last week and am still dealing with the oil smell on the tubing and all the plastic accessories that come with it.

Just wipe it off with a paper towel. You dont need any solvent. Smell will go away quickly.

Mine stopped smelling after a week or two of regular use. It’s been working great for over 10 years.

Start 11/09 BPEL: 5.5", EG: 4.4"

Current. BPEL: 6:4", EG: 5.5"

It was the tube on mine that smelled. I replaced it with silicone tubing - much softer, more flexible and easier to handle.
