Best times to pump?

Best times to pump?

Ok so usually I’ll warm up 5 minutes, pump for 10-15 minutes, then stretch for 5, jelq for 10, warm down and then finish with kegels. My question, is pumping before most benificial, does it matter if you pump afterwards?


Start date: 11/10/03 BPEL: 5.8 (5 13/16) EG:5.3 (5 6/16)

Current: 12/06/07 BPEL: 6.25 (6 4/16) EG: 5.50 (5 8/16)

After I’ve pumped, I’m too engorged to do any other serious PE so I always make pumping the last thing I do in the course of a day.

On days when I’m doing the full routine I like to stretch first and then pump. I finish up with the jelqs to help flush the area out of any minor fluid buildups. I’m not sure if it maters, but that’s what I do.

I’m kinda having this problem though I’m still able to complete my routine (newbie)
Just wanted to know if there’s pros and cons to doing before or after? I’m also wondering if maybe my dick will be too exhausted after PE to have a pump session.

I have the same issue so I make sure that pumping is the last thing I do during a session. And one days when I do more than one session, after the first session, it’s exclusively pumping.


Starting stats: 7.5" BPEL x 6.2" MEG

In my experience, pumping is what I would do and follow that up with my rice bag or water bottle ( heated). Good luck and I trust the advised shared by all those who have replied will be of use to you.

i’ve been pumping after my routines for the past two weeks now, i dont think theres really a difference whether you pump before or after but for me i prefer after because i walk away with a nice chunky :)

I also have a 15-20 minute session with the bathmate when i have the time during workout days. I feel bigger erect but have not taken measurements yet, i have a definate increase in my flaccid length ang girth though.
