3 Weeks Pumping - Questions

Been pumping for 3 weeks solid now. I have some questions as I’m not sure I’m getting a lot of benefit.

1. I don’t feel like I’m getting a lot of girth expansion. I’ve tried 6hg, 3-4hg, and 5hg, and none of the pressures seem to be expanding girth. Thoughts as to why?

2. I am also losing pressure and have to give a small pump to keep at the pressure I’m trying to maintain. Could this be why girth is not expanding as I expect it?

3. I’m also not seeing much “post pump” hang. Right now I’m up to 2x15 minute sessions.

4. Should I shake up my routine a bit? Currently it is warm-up, pump, heat massage, pump, warm down (sometimes jelq/squeezes after the last pump and warm-down session).

Are you going into the cylinder erect or semi-erect? What’s the size of your cylinder? I would jelq everytime I pump by the way. And add some manual stretches too.

Start each 15 minute session at 4”hg. After 5 minutes, increase to 5”hg and after 5 more minutes increase to 6”hg. That is you standard incremental routine.

To make you girth last longer, slowly increase your total session time to 30 minutes without taking a break so that would mean your final goal will be to spend that last 20 minutes at 6”hg. Girth expansion really starts to kick in at the 25 to 30 minute mark.

Immediately after exiting the tube I like to put on an elastic cock ring, my infamous broccoli bands to hold my post pump size and massage or masturbate for 5 to 15 minutes.

You can buy this just about life time supply of Broccoli bands for $6.25. I use 2 at a time, one inside the other, and place them at the base of my cock after my pump session to hold my after pump size. Works great, last a long time. :)

Semi-erect to erect. Cylinder is 1.75” x 9”. There have been times when I’ve stretched then pumped then jelq/squeeze after all my pump sessions.

Thanks for the advice on a routine. After a while at 30 minutes, do you increase time or add sessions (or leave it at one 30 minute session/day)?

You can start judging that for yourself once you are there for a while.

One thing I forgot to mention is rest days. It sounds like you might not be taking any. Right now I do PE every other day and it has been one of my best schedules ever.

According to the sizing chart, no.

1.5” cylinder would only let me expand to 4.71”. My current girth is 4.75”. The 1.75” will allow expansion up to 5.5”.

Yes. I keep it wrapped in a heating pad.

Yeah take a 9” diameter cylinder so you will expand to 9” girth and good luck.

A too wide cylinder will cause bad sealing, which is what you are experiencing. A thick silicone sleeve could help in this case.

9” is length. 1.75” is the diameter.

I got it. It is too wide for you. Your cylinder should have a diameter of this size : base erect girth/3.14. It is also too long IMO.
