What to expect from hanging
I’ve just recently joined this forum.I think,it’s a great place where people really indulge in a sharing of the honest information a bout PE.
I purchased a Bib Starter hanger from the Bib’s website. I had an X4 Labs penis extender and it didn’t work out for me (3 months,3-4 hours of stretching every day, didn’t see any results).
I’ve been doing the PEing(Bib hanging) for about 3 weeks.
My regime is:
-5-10 mins warm-up between each session;
- 4 sets with 20 mins each/ every day.
- I started with 5 lb (have been doing it for 3 weeks already, one more week and I’ll switch to 7 lb )
I would like to ask the guys,who have experience with hanging a couple of Q’s :
1) Is hanging itself (like mine) is enough to achieve good results?
2) If yes, how soon I should notice the change in size ?
