What results have come from hanging, how is hanging compared to jelqing etc.??????
From several experiences how effective and quick is hanging at increasing length(erect and flacid)????
What are the gains of people here who ONLY HANGED???
I know penis is not muscle, but do you cycle weights and workouts like you do in weightlifting???? It would seem the right way since simple progressive resistance(increasing weight gradually) is not enough in the long run.
