jelqing and hanging HELP!
I just started hanging the other day and have been jelqing
for a little over a month.I hung 2.5 lbs for 3 sets of 20 min.
and it felt about the right amount to start out with after
that I did 20 min. of jelqing . My problem is that today is my 3d
day of rest and im still sore from the hanging but i have healed
from the jelqing. So what i would like to know is can i jelq
when i am sore from hanging and can i hang when sore from
jelqing. what i would really like to do is jelq and hang on the same days and then wait for both of them to be healed
before i start doing it over again
i have been jelqing 3-4 times a week just debends on how long it takes me to heal from the last work out
