What is important in hanging?
I have tried the swimcap hanger and the Chickenchoker 3. I read the article on ligs stretching and if that really affects length. I am wondering what will actually produce gains in hanging.
I read Bib’s gains from a stretched 6 inches flacid to a stretched 11.5 inches flacid. Totally awesome - now what will get me gains like that? Am I actually looking to have my shaft stretched? When I did the Chickenchoker 3 BTC, I felt intense stretching in my pubic area, but little to nothing in my shaft. I think from reading all of the experts on the board, truly, lig stretching is of little value. Am I wrong?
Is the Bib Hanger the best for shaft and tunica stretching? Is that truly what I need to go after - shaft and tunica stretching?
