Twisting

Which hanging system allowed you to put a twist or 2 or 3 or what ever in it as you hang. It had a bar that layed on the front of your thighs.

Found it.

There is a device called the Length-Master, which has bundle functionality. I use this device, and actually like it very much. There are many modifications I would like to make though.

Let me tell you, bundled vertical hanging is mind-blowing.

Currently doing the UltraSound thing but the LM is one of my favourite PE tools.
Makes bundled anything easy.

What ultra sound unit are u using?

I went with:
Physiotherapy 3 Mhz Ultrasound Therapy

I really like the unit. It has taken me a while to work up the power level but the unit itself, works dang good.

It was $200 on EBay.

For $20 less they have a 1 and 3 MHz combo…. I like mine and 3 works great when I am fulcrum hanging because the unit is so thin but I do see where the 1 MHz US would be nice when in an extender or hanging SD and the shaft isn’t so thin.

Should have mentioned,

I purchased my unit based on delivery. This one was a couple weeks shorter lead time then the 1-3 combo unit.

They said 3 weeks but I ended getting it in a week.
