Any recommendations as to how the tunica can be better targeted with hanging? Right now with the length routine I’m on I definitely feel it in the base of my penis, but am unsure as to whether or not I’m getting a good stretch along the actual shaft. I feel this may be a reason why length gains are coming slower than before.


Start: 5.50" x 4.60"

Now: 6.70" x 4.80" (Goal: 8.00" x 6.00")

Current routine - hanging/ads, clamping and bathmate

Any PE routine direct or indirectly target the tunica. For length gain you have to consider that PE take time and dedication the best way to judge your routine is through your EQ; If you having good EQ then stay on it, otherwise reconsidered it

What is your current routine look like?

You can do bundled hanging, but only do 30 seconds per bundle, you can injure yourself if you’re not careful

When I reach my length goal I’ll be doing bundled hanging for more length but mainly girth. I think bundled stretches are highly underated and have massive girth producing potential since the tunica is being twisted and stretched length wise, width wise and diagnol wise like a cork screw. So taking it to the next level with bundled hanging shows high promise to me.

For those of you who have platueos because of that troublesome steel cord, I think bundled hanging may be the key.

What is this bundled hanging I have never heard of it and search found me nothing as to what it is?

Hey bigbassman77. Bundles hanging doesn’t get talked about much but it is just like bundle stretching with the only difference being you bundle your penis while hanging. You can do fulcrum bundled hanging or any hanging angle while having your flaccid penis bundled in any direction to hit the tunica and steel cord with blunt force. Bundling your penis basically means your penis will be stretched out then twisted in any direction like ringing out a wash cloth. In my opinion this by its self will stretch the tuncia length wise and girth wise increasing the tunica’s raw tissue mass. As the your flaccid tunica’s tissue mass increases with time through bundled stretches or bundled hanging your erection will be bigger length and girth wise since the newly deformed tunica can now hold more blood before maxing out to it’s rigid state upon 100% erection.

I’ll be doing bundled hanging when I start concentrating on mainly in 2011.

There is an article here about a new hanging technique using the RSDT fulcrum. Just search for RSDT and you should be able to find it. Great info. I tried it once and found my fatigue levels brought on so quickly. Since I’m focusing on my ligs right now, I haven’t done it again since the first try. I’ll be hitting it in a month or so probably.


Serious starting point: Nov. 2, 2009/BPEL 5.75 x 4.75 inches.

Current BPEL 7 1/2 x 5.5 inches.

Goal: BPEL 8 x 6 inches. Hell, if I hit 8, I'm going for 9!

I do bundled stretches in my home-made stretcher. The fatigue factor is intense and so I will only be donig it for a week (5 days.) and rest for a week.

I didn`t think my penis would twist 360 degrees and still be able to fit back in the stretcher. I`ts amazing what you find when you try.

So how is your EQ?

Bundled hanging sounds very very very dangerous!! What are danger signs that one should look out for when doing this type of exercise?

Numb purple cock, pain, unusual bruising, blood coming from the tip of your cock/ Peeing blood and inability to get erections are general rules of thumb when it comes to PE. There are many more but I can’t think of any. We should have an Injury recognition thread where people discuss their symptoms right before and after they got injured so everyone can recognize signs of danger.


I don't settle for meritocracy

Poor EQ is a hazzard with such intense stretching. So much so that I took today off and may not go back to doing more than one bundle session per week.

I have to say that I have had a persistant flu this last week or so which has had me drained most of the time anyway, so I`m not surprised at EQ loss from that alone.

With any machine stretching it is vital to keep an eye on the head of the penis for extreme darkening. I never stretch for more than a half hour or so per session while locked in. And while the head does turn purple, there is never any numbness and normal colour returns in a few minutes.

What is fulcrum hanging?

And @A-unit when you bundle hang you bundle and then attach your hanger?
