I’ve been doing PE for about 3 weeks now and have gained about 1/2 inch in length and 0 in girth. I’m more concerned about length gains at the moment and I guess I will think about girth later and assume I may pick up a little girth along the way. In this time frame I’m assuming my gains are due to ligament stretching. I’ve been reading the forum and picked up on the fact that after you get all you can get from the ligs, you need to focus on the tunica. So I’ve been doing tunica research in anticipation of doing tunica focused tunica work. The theory that seems plausible is that you work the ligs all you can to make room for tunica work, then work the tunica until you feel the ligs come into play again, then work the ligs again, etc.. Again I’m talking about gaining length here.
There are many pictures on the web and in this forum that show a cross section of the penis and after viewing these, I finally in what the tunica is and where it is at in this cross section. I’m assuming I have a 2 layer tunica and I would suppose that to gain lengths in the tunica I need to work the longitudinal layer.
Given this brief explanation, I have some question after doing my research
1). I suppose to work the longitudinal layer, you have to work where the tunica attaches to the body. I’m seen my cross section pictures, but I’ve not been able to locate where the longitudinal portion of the tunica attaches. Some insight on where it connect would be helpful.
2). Exercises to lengthen the longitudinal aspect of the tunica. I’ve read some here too. It seems that the tunica mainly surrounds the CC on the top and sides. I haven’t been able to see cross section pics that shows a tunica surrounding the CS. So, it seems that and inverted V-stretch and a V-stretch to each side would exert forces on the tunica - wherever it connect to the body as yet determined by me. The problem I have with the inverted V-stretch, is that placing my finger under my penis to bend the penis over my finger puts allot of pressure on my urethra as there seems to be allot of pressure (pulling and bending) across my finger to stretch the tunica. So I don’t like this exercises.
I’ve read about stretching up. I can see how this works as it takes the ligs out if the equation, but I feel more stretching in the ball sac area than the top and sides of the tunica.
Bottom line, I’m looking for good exercises to stretch the longitudinal aspect of the tunica.
3). Risks of stretching the tunica. I’m read some threads in here about softening up of the tunica to aid in the stretch of it. Can you actually soften the tunica? If you can how so, by stretching it? And if you can, since the tunica is harder than the CC’s on purpose to trap the blood for erection, is there a potential risk for a weaker erection (or forbid loss of erection) due to this so called softening of the tunica.
4). Injury of tunica due to any PE exercises but specifically those that target the tunica. I’m my research of the tunica, I read more about Peyronie disease. Some suspect that injury causes this and causes plague and calcification of the tunica in the area of injury (I think this is basically right). So, any PE-ers that work the tunica ever create a bend in their penis when it used to be basically straight when targeting the tunica extensively.
Looking forward to your replies. Thanks.
