I have both the auto extender and bib hanger. Instead of doing manual stetch can I use the auto stretcher as my warm up routine then go into the bib hanger or do you guys recommend that I do the manual stretch then the bib hanger?

I have the Andro Extender and wear it in the morning for about an 1.5 hr before jelqing and hanging.

It seems to be working fine for me.

I see no problem in doing that, however I will do a minute or 2 of stretching before putting it on.


An 1 hour and half..thats crazy. I cant wear it more than 30 minutes before feeling a little bit numb.

I agree an 1.5 hr is nuts (I manged an hour at times but the pain take away all my concentration and can’t do anything constructive), however I forgot to mention short breaks every 30 minutes.

Still, I have been getting great result in the past 2 to 3 months doing it this way.
