Starter Hanging Routine
Hi guys. I know that I might be in the wrong area but I wasn’t able to post in the Hanging thread for some reason. If any mods/admins can help me place this in the correct area, it’ll be appreciated. My question is about my hanging routine that I’m planning on starting soon. I’m wanting to start with 5lb weights and hang for 3 sets of 10 mins. After 30 days, I’ll add another 5lbs and so on, etc. Are there any experienced hangers out there that can help with some advice? I’m wanting to gain 1” since I’m already at 7” x 5.5” erect.
