Hi guys. I know that I might be in the wrong area but I wasn’t able to post in the Hanging thread for some reason. If any mods/admins can help me place this in the correct area, it’ll be appreciated. My question is about my hanging routine that I’m planning on starting soon. I’m wanting to start with 5lb weights and hang for 3 sets of 10 mins. After 30 days, I’ll add another 5lbs and so on, etc. Are there any experienced hangers out there that can help with some advice? I’m wanting to gain 1” since I’m already at 7” x 5.5” erect.

Add time before weight and don’t ever just double the weight after certain amount of time.

When I began, I started at 1-2 lbs. Increased time first, then weight. I believe it took me around 6-8 weeks to go from 2 - 5lbs. To this day I rarely go heavy, I shoot for more time or more stretch during the hang.

Take your time. I can say this 100% - I have never been injured yet.

Quite a few years ago was measuring around 5.0 NBPEL, this morning I was up to 6.25NBPEL. I’m hanging 11 lbs, but it took a few years. I use Straight Down and Between the Cheeks, sometimes I’ll use my wrist to hang my dick over for a few minutes. It took me over 1-2 years to hit 11 lbs. I did stop before a few times, so thats why i think i need more weight, my dick got conditioned to the weights. Also my girth is 5.5, if I Bathmate I can blow girth up to 6.5-7 sometimes. So i think I am just thicker….and its more difficult to grow length. I think I may attempt the more time than weight, I just never reach fatigue with 5 lbs…. wow that was a long time ago

Start at 2.5 lbs…. 5lbs is too much (of course we’re all different).
Stick with the light weights as LONG as possible and try to hit every angle as much as possible (SD, BTC, SO are the 3 that I use)

I just posted my 6 month hanging update yesterday.
6 month hanging update! (1.125” length gain!)

Check it out. I have details of my routine. I have gained 1.125 inches in 6 months.

In my experience, if you want to see gains. You must hang almost *everyday*

ALSO: Never work on girth if you’re working on length. LENGTH FIRST then girth. (Easier to stretch a thin rubber band than a thick one)
