Is it true you must hang for atleast an hour during a routine?

3 sets of 20minutes
6 sets of 10minutes or whatever it is you do…

also: Can hanging for 20minutes every half hour or so throughout the day be beneficial, in exchange for a regular once or twice a day hour routine?

Lately what I have been doin is hanging for an hour, then a half hour, then an hour at night…I have seen some good flaccid stretch gains..hoping to see some perm. el gains!

In order to get significant results, within a reasonable time, I feel that most guys will need to hang for at least 10 hours per week. Now, many have gained substantially on much less. But for the most part, I think ten hours or more is good to shoot for. Hell, there are 168 hours in the week.

I think that would be great. But you still need to reach fatigue as soon as reasonably possible, and then hang in the fatigued state at a lower weight.
