Questions About Fulcrum Hanging

Questions About Fulcrum Hanging

When fulcrum hanging, in order to target the tunica, does it matter whether you (1) just let your unit and the weights hang straight down over the fulcrum, or (2) use a pulley or something under the desk to stretch your unit straight out and over the fulcrum? I’ve got everything but the pulley.

Also, should I feel any significant tension in my ligs when fulcrum hanging for the tunica?

As always, thanks guys.

I have heard that a short piece of PVC pipe layed across your thighs works fine.
Or you can use a wooden dowel.

How much tension that is apllied to the ligs is really dependent on your fulcrum set-up.
Should you apply lig stress while fulcrum hanging? I think you should aim to put the whole load on the shaft to maximize the tunica stress.

To feel what I mean, Stand up and put your hanger on and attach some weight. Then pick up your penis behind the hanger with your thumb and forefinger. You’ll feel the entire load on everything in front of your hand and no load on the ligs or base.

You could use either method, I just found the pulley version (hanging SO) more comfortable.

No. The whole point of fulcrum hanging is to increase the in the tunica as mush as possible. If you want tension in the ligs, hang SD or BTC.

You are welcome :D

Thanks for that Ramrod and Andrew69. Yes, I’m using PVC pipe across the legs. Like you state Ramrod, I feel the entire load on the shaft pulling down from the pipe, and none on the ligs or base. I just wanted to make sure I was doing this correctly.

Neither of you answered the first question, however. Does it matter whether (1) I’m letting everything hang straight down over the fulcrum, or (2) I’m using a pulley etc. under the desk to pull everything straight out and over the fulcrum? I ask because I’ve heard some describe (2) as their method of fulcrum hanging. I don’t have a pulley and don’t want to hook one up. So I’m doing (1) at present.

Either way is fine.

The method you are using (straight down over the fulcrum) should be the better between the two.

As I said, I just found the pulley set up more comfortable and it allow me to get on with my work.

I dont think so.
Effectively you are hanging SO and the fulcrum increases the stress in a localised area.

This is pretty much how I hang my puppy, I’m pretty sure that this what Andrew69 is talking about

Damn. I have to start fulcrum hanging, your penis is longer than your arms!

Seriously, though, I like this fulcrum hanging thing. I’ve experimented with supporting my penis with my hand after a set and it felt very effective in the shaft.

Building up to a full 20 minute set of fulcrum is, however, another story. That flattened penis we get from the fulcrum looks scary.

Check out my fulcrum hanging pics here.

As I said before, I basically hang (hung actually, not hanging at the moment) SO and just added a fulcrum to the set up.

It increased the stress enough to make huge difference in gains (its all there in the picture thread), without being too painful.

Don’t forget that my best results were had hanging “only” 6.75 pounds for many sets (rather than a heavier weight for fewer sets).

Thanks again Andrew69 and Ramrod. Jeltoid’s thread is very informative, Ramrod.

Itsgotime—yes, that’s how I’m doing it.

Andrew69, what did fulcrum hanging with 6.75 lbs feel like for you? I’m hanging 7.5 lbs now, and it feels extremely light. But I want to increase weight very slowly.

Does anyone know, is the idea of reaching fatigue much the same for fulcrum hanging (or hanging for the tunica) as for hanging for the ligs?

I barely noticed the weight at all. In fact I had to watch the clock closely otherwise I could easily pass the 20 minute mark.
While Fulcrum hanging, fatigue was different for me compared to say hanging SD. I didn’t really notice the fatigue until I finished my set and removed the weight. That is when I felt it.

To be honest, the best gains I ever got was when I forgot about chasing the elusive fatigue and concentrated on racking up long hours at light weights.

Andrew69,

Yes, this is what I’m experiencing thus far. Thanks again. All very helpful advice. I don’t think I’m feeling much “fatigue” even after the set. But it’s early days still. Light weights for long hours. That’s the low-intensity, long-duration principle Hobby has discussed. It makes sense. At present, the time I have to hang is limited. But I’m sticking with the low-intensity for now anyway. I may start using an ADS (e.g. Penimeister) as well.

How long did you hang at this kind of low weight? Was it only after you stopped seeing growth that you started using heavier weights? (Did you ever start using heavier weights?) What sort of growth did you see from this light weight, long hours?

I only ever used light weight, I got as far as 10 pounds and that was the biggest mistake of my hanging career!

To be honest, I don’t even remember my exact gains anymore ( I would have to check my records), but it was something along the lines of averaging 0.07 or 0.08 inches per month, and then about 0.2 inches per month with the fulcrum.

Its all in my routine thread.
