One lig tighter than the other
Is this common? I use my Redi-Stretcher and when I hang, I feel a good stretch on one lig and the other not so much. It feels better when I “attack” one lig at a time. I’ll do BTC stretching but off to one side at a time.
I know it sounds like common sense, but is this more productive than if I tried stretching both ligs at the same time (typical hanging method).
Thoughts or input??
