no gains in 1 and 1/5 month
hello
Im now at 4.5 kg ( 10 lbs ) , after 1 and 1/5 month no gains
i see fatigue after 3 sets i do everyday 6x20
is painful now but i can do it
any suggestion ? i aspect some little gains

1 and 1/5th of a month is only 36 days. You’ll need to put more time into PE to see results. If you are in pain, stop. Do not injure yourself.
