Amazed At My Gains In Only A Month And Half

I’m sure that a lot of people aren’t going to believe me, but I am amazed at my gains so far. I started PEing at the end of November 2006 and have already gained an inch in both length (started at 6” BPEL, now 7”) and girth (started at 4” EG, now 5”). AND I’ve had to take off a week here and there because I overdid it and hurt myself a little bit.

Here’s what I am doing:

Jelqing on Mon., Wed., Fri. With warm up and stretch both before and after jelqing.

I use a rice sock to warm up both my tendons and my penis. I get it as hot as I can stand it and leave it on for a good 45 minutes prior to jelqing and for about the same time afterwards. During this time I gradually increase the intensity of stretches until I have zero tug back at any angle when doing kegels. Then I Jelq for at least 10 minutes (the first 3 or so times I kept it to 10 minutes). I am up to about 30 minutes of jelqing now. I probably powerjelq, which is gripping as tight as possible and only reducing pressure if I feel too much pain. I count out ‘one thousand one, one thousand two, one thousand three’ while I move my grip from the base of my penis to just under the glans. Like I said before I hurt myself a couple of times so I am probably jelqing with far too much intensity. But the pain goes away after a couple of days and off I go again. After jelqing I leave the rice sock on for as long as it takes for it to completely cool down, all the while stretching at every angle.

Next up for me is hanging. I haven’t told my wife yet that I am doing this but I am quite amused that she is wanting sex more often and her orgasms are more intense that ever before.

I am very pleased. I could stay this size and be satisfied actually. My wife is very tight and I can feel the inside of her more than I could have ever imagined. Hurray for c-sections!! ;-)

Your not allowed to post a picture of your penis on the newbie forum, but congratulations on your gains. I’m very envious, because it’s taken me 50 times longer to get the same results. I know a moderator will also tell you about the picture, but just so you know.

I have made similar gains, only regret I have so far is not taking that initial photo of my unit before PE. Maybe I will quit PE for a few months, take a photo, and then start over again?…naaahhhh!

That’s very encouraging to hear. I haven’t begun a program in earnest as I’m trying to read as much as possible beforehand, but I hope I have similar success.

I truly believe hearing about others’ gains is a mental boon to one’s own PE. It helps the visualization of positive results. Once I start, I will post progress as well.

I don’t really time my stretches, but I would say that I gradually increase the intensity of stretch at each position over a time of maybe 15-20 seconds each. I spend a lot of time stretching both before and after jelqing.

And even though I am a complete newbie I am just going to go out on a limb here and say that I think in order to get the fastest gains that it is important to take time off in between each PE session. I know that PEing can become addictive, but if you don’t allow the tissue to rest and rebuild then you are really limiting gains. I find that when I constantly work on PEing that I don’t really notice any growth. But when I take a day or two off I immediately see and feel the results. I literally don’t touch my unit at all, except to wash and pee. It’s difficult, but I’m convinced that it’s what’s best.

It seems like you are on your way. Have your gains stopped or slowed down? I’d say keep doing what you are doing, except increase the amount of time exercising after a few weeks or when the gains slow. Whatever you are doing- it sounds like it’s working great.

Congratulations Sir., you have won the PE lottery! For the vast majority of guys who do a dedicated PE routine that is more gains than they will see in a year. I would strongly recommend that you forget about hanging for now and not change a thing in your routine until you hit a plateau.
