My first hang
Been doing the newbie since October last year with some pumping and clamping mixed in. The pumping wasn’t a fan of, but the clamping I really enjoy. I decided that I want more length before I go hard core clamp. I decided id give hanging a shot. I have a couple of questions I hope someone can answer
1) my set up is like this: 15 inch wrap with cotton t-shirt strip right behind the head. I made my own hanger out of c-shaped conduit wall clamps, some bolts and a chain. It all seems work and doesn’t hurt a bit at 5lbs, but my head does get pretty purple/dark after 10 mins.is this ok?
2) a couple of seconds after I take the clamp off, I get this rush to my gland.almost like someone rubbed icy hot on it. Is this normal
3) can someone point me to a good routine for hanging? I’m kind of done with stretching and jelqing for a while. If possible, id like to really focus on length with just heat and hang. Any suggestions would be great
