Don’t focus on the weight, focus on reaching fatigue. If you’re reaching fatigue consistently you might go a few weeks in a row without being able to increase the weight. That’s not a bad thing at all considering our goal is to make our penis bigger, not stronger.

Focus more on measuring BPFSL— I think it’s a better measure for hanging progress, and generally your BPEL will eventually follow your BPFSL gains. BPFSL is a good indicator of possible future gains, and perhaps more consistent than BPEL.

Ill give it a try. It’s a bit frustrating because, with 12lbs, and a good wrap it feels phenomenal.but that good wrap is always a challenge

To be honest, I have a hard time finding “fatigue”. I do usually find some tenderness in the ligs the next day if I look for it by pulling.but that’s about it. I’m pretty limited in the time I have to hang. I’m lucky in that I always get some time each day, alone, where I can squeeze it in.but there are times when I have end quickly. On the days when I can complete a workout, 3 X 10 with 5-7 in between is about as much privacy I can get.

Thats good to know. I find it hard to capture a good BPFSL due to the fact that it’s difficult to stay flaccid long enough. Seems like the second I touch myself I’ve got 10-15% erection.

I’m definitely going to take some time off the porn. Id like to quit all together.

I have quit porn videos all together, and backed down to only pictures so my mind still has to work. Eventually I will go to using nothing which I have already done a few times, and I don’t miss it all that much. But the first 1-2 weeks are HARD.

Remember the last thing you want is a stronger dick. That means more sets, more weight, with less results. I’ll Pass. Oh wait, that already happened to me and I still didn’t gain after I toughened my dick up. Please take warning.

So I’m right about at a month I am hanging anywhere from 3-5 days a week with with 12lbs at 10min sets. Should I back off? If so, where? Weight? 5lbs, 3 sets of 10? 5 days a week. I feel like I can do jumping jacks with 5lbs on.
