Maximum weight sets
Is there anybody out there that hangs like 125% your max weight(if that makes sense) for really short sessions. I’ve been hanging with about 10 or 12 pounds recently, mainly because it’s all I can hang without getting some pain or coldness or both. I haven’t been having this “fatigue” feeling that everyone else is having so I’m figuring I’m not gaining as much as I should or could be. So right now I’m trying out hanging for sets of 5 min. with 25 lbs.
Bib or anybody else, do you ever hang 100% weight for a first set and then go back lighter, thinking the penis will be stretched to more than maximum and then held there at lighter weight?
