Is 2 sets enough ?
Hi Im new to this forum and PE, been reading it for a little while though.
I think it ROCKS, so much info at one place and its FREE, i send thanks to all the moderators for doing such a superb job.
This is a question to bib and other vets,
i started hanging about a week ago with a homemade hanger, at first i hung 4.4 lbs and now im up hanging 6.6 lbs. I cant hang more then it hurts to bad. Is that low weight for a starter ?
Ive been experimenting with different wraps and positions for the hanger, but i cant get much higher than 6.6 lbs in weight, will i be able to hang more in time ?
So now i do 2 sets at 6.6 lbs btc, then ive had enough and feel pretty stretched in the ligs and abs, should i push it for 4 sets or maybe go back down to 4.4 lbs to do 4 sets or is 2 sets at max weight “enough” ?
