LOT, hanging, angle question
I’ve just started hanging using the Capt’s Wench. I’ve been hanging 5 pounds for 15 minutes then a 15 minute break, repeat, etc. For a total of 2 hours hang time per day for just over a week. I’ve been hanging at about a 90 degree angle. After looking at LOT theory I think I may need to use a different angle. I can still see a little tugback at about 7:30 and seem to lose it at 7:00. So I should be hanging straight up, right? Does this also mean that my gains will take longer and be less pronounced?
