Sorry to bother you with this question guys. It probably has been discussed before. I found some good threads on LOT by the search button and managed to determine my level of LOT. It is about 7.00 or maybe little less. My question is I have hit a plateau and seem not to gain as I used to. With my LOt level which would be the best stretches to do. So 7.00 is low LOT level so I must stretch my tunica now if I understand it right. What stretches would you reccomend? Should I jelq above my LOT level to get better gains too? Thanks for your help.

Yep.

Any stretch at any angle above 7:00, preferably straight up. Maybe A-stretches or some other fulcrum type thing would be good.

I don’t think it would matter either way, but sure, why not. Can’t hurt anything.

Thanks SS4 jelq. Its just one more thing that interests me. So I should cut out all the below my LOT level stretching in my workouts? To what level should I increase my LOT level that I can start to stretch the ligs again? How long does it take to increase the LOT level? Thanks for the info.

Yes.

It is up to you. 8 is the usually recommended cut off point, but you might feel that continuing with tunica stretching would be better. Just make sure to carry on with tunica work for a few weeks before switching, in order to cement the gains.

As long or longer than it takes to gain - hard to say.
