New to hanging. Please help.
Hi guys I’m new to hanging but not to PE.
I am currently hanging 5lbs at 20 minute intervals for 3 sets and I jelq after each set.
Have been at it for about 1 week now.
I was wondering what you are supposed to feel whilst hanging.
My question is, are you supposed to feel the ligs & penis being stretched or do you just hang so long as there is no discomfort.
