LOT Question

I think i finally understand how to find my LOT, but I’m still confused about something. If my LOT is 10 o’clock (meaning theres is littlest tug back then that is my LOT right?) Okay so if it is 10 o’clock then does that mean I’m supposed to do my stretching at 10 o’clock? Or would that mean I’m supposed to do my stretching at a downward angle? Also depending on where your LOT is do you have to jelq at a certain angle? And finally I thought where you have the most tugback would be a good place to stretch or was your LOT. Can somebody please clear this up for me. Thanks

If it is at 10, the theory suggests concentrating on downward angles. It is a good idea to jelq downward anyway for blood flow purposes.

After checking a few times I found that my least amount of tugback is all the way down, so this would mean my LOT is at 6. If this is true then what angle should I stretch and jelq for best results?
