I’m not sure yet, it seems that I have gained 1-2 mm. Anyway because of the excessive swelling of my foreskin my frenulum broke (frenulum breve), therefore I had to stop many times during the last 1 month and even now after the hanging for 5 days with the Grip I have to take a long brake because my frenulum has not healed yet. I’m curious how long it would take to heal. It is very annoying!

It makes me wonder whether the feeling of fatigue you experienced might have been radiated pain from your glans.

This is not the case for sure. The fatigue I felt is deep in the shaft and the ligs. So far I can distinguish it. This is not the first time I had discomfort. I felt much more pain with my swollen foreskin hanging with the Bib, but never felt this kind of fatigue. Whoever has experience fatigue true hanging knows what am I talking about.

BTW ModestoMan,

I can handle the pain in the glans for 50 min with the same weight when hanging SO (obviously the weight is not enough in this position to get fatigue), but after 17-18 min of BTC with the same weight my internals can’t handle it anymore. It is obvious that not the pain in the glans causes me to feel fatigue.

I have to agree with Gprent! I think that maybe you’ve been using TOO MUCH and getting a reactive contraction/strengthening of the tissue.

I suggest break out the pump, and do 15 minutes a day at 2-5 in hg and NO MORE THAN THAT!

Do it for the “health” of your penis, and forget about any gains. Do it everyday and just forget about growing.

I bet that after 6 months of that, you will have found you ARE growing!

If you find you are growing, DON’T INCREASE THE FORCES/TIME!

Do it like you are brushing your teeth, let it be pleasant and don’t even worry about it “working”.

I agree with this approach also. I’m of the less is more camp, especially if more is producing 0 results.

I think PE is only half the story of thunders and PH, penile health, is the other half. My unit has never “felt” better than since I started PE but I approach it in the above manner, seeking a pleasurable, as opposed to painful, workout.
