Hello my brothers!

Maybe you still know me and my story. About more than 2 years of hanging without gains but the time in 2004 with a gain of 5 mm BPSL (NOT a single mm in BPEL), this from SS4s Hardgainer Routine (check out my signature). Then no gain again but the time in 2005 when I switched to fulcrum (the most painful and hardest hangingroutin ever). There I got another 5 mm BPSL (no BPEL), but it stopped again. Then I made 5 weeks of deconditioning, to get the member back to the roots, to be soft and the tissues unused to the stretch again.
4 weeks ago I came back to Hanging and started again with fullcrum. The first thing I encountered was that I was able to hang the weight again, I hung when I started my big break: 26 pounds. (Remember, this with fullcrum. If this is not a strong thing on the septum, well, I don’t know)
But this can not be. I made a brake. The dick can not be used to it!!
Well, in this month I even went up with weight to 27 pounds and now 4 weeks later I measured: No Gain. I mean, not even BPSL!
THis is unreal. First I believe that a cow can fly, or a stone turns into Bread, before I accept the fact, that this little bastard didn’t get a single mm thought this hard weeks.
Routine: 3 hours a day, 6 days a week. Not less than 26 pounds, Fulcrum, heat on top of septum, swinging, kegl during sets, ADS all the time, made after a 5 week break .. Real gain MUST be 200000 km, less is unreal! F*CK IT!

Now I retire from hanging, because I don’t get it why I have to f*ck my time with this stupid hobby, while others gain lota cm just with hanging 1 hour a day. That is not fair :(

I want that time back I f*cked up for this useless shit. Damn me that I found this site. Damn it all. Shit, I’m almost crying. Not about no gains, but about others that gain without a thought. A shit!!

FWIW LG, I’d do the same thing. I’d do a little jelqing every once in awhile for general penile health and check in on my ol’ buddies at Thunder’s every once in awhile. I hope you’ll consider both, and at the least, the latter.

Believe it or not, my breakthroughs have come when I reduced everything to make sure I wasn’t causing any injuries while doing PE. I started off pumping up fast and high. Pressures in the 8-12 range. Caused a lot of discoloration and apparently so much injury that my cock was to busy just trying to heal itself back to normal that the growth process was completely stunted.

Now I try to pump doing zero damage by pumping up slowly and using low pressures of only 3-4” hg. My cock not only looks better and functions like new again, it is larger now then it ever was when I was into to high pressure stuff.

If the same is applicable to hanging, and it probably is, I would give it one more try hanging with weights that don’t cause discomfort or pain or injury and gives you a feeling of pleasure as they stretch you out, instead of a feeling of I can’t take it any more.

I am responding much better now that my PE actually feels more on the pleasurable side of the equation and does not cause undue stress or injury.

Just a thought.

The most succesful people in the world have fell HARD, many times. The difference between them and others, is , they keep getting up and won`t let anything beat them. No difference other than that.

I can imagine how frustrating it is to see no gains after all you have done!
I am in a similar situation, but not so far as you are. Currently I discovered something I would like to share with you. I’m not sure if this will help you, but at least give it a thought.

I’m uncut and tried to hang for the last 4 months with the Bib Starter with no gains (if any no more than 1-2 mm). I upped the weight in SD to 20 lb and in SO to 22.5 lb. – to the point where my foreskin cannot handle the weight but no fatigue, just a slight soreness in the ligs sometimes by SD or BTC. Nothing by SO, though.

A month ago my foreskin begun to get sore very often, so much so that I could not hang any more at all. Then I decide to stop Bib-Starter hanging and to look for another way of hanging. I explored the web a lot and find the Grip System that attaches the weight by the glans through vacuum. I paid the outrageous price of $180.
My initial experience with the Grip System (I used it just for 4 -5 days so far) is as fallow:
1. Excellent Grip and pull on the internals – 0% skin stretch and skin-support of the weight 0 lb.

2. On the other hand the vacuum grip makes the experience “ouch” – you can hardly hang more than 10 lb. without pain in the glans – very disappointing for $180 – but I guess I have to get used to the vacuum, maybe.

3. NOW THIS IS THE IMPORTANT PART – as I said already I have never ever felt more than slight tiredness in my internals with a weights less than 17.5 lb. (BTC, SD) with the Bib Starter. NOW COMES THE FUNNIEST PART – I GOT AWFULLY GOOD FATIGUE WITH ONLY 7.5 lb. BTC by the FIRST SET with the Grip Vacuum Camber. So much so that when I try to stay with the weight without lowering it, my pulse got from 70 to 135 – I just had to stop or lower the weight. And again this was just with 7.5 lb – almost 3 times less than the weight that I was used to hang with the Bib without getting even half of the effect I got with this 7.5 lb.
I don’t suggest you buy the Grip System, because I’m not sure myself, if this is a very good one, I have to figure it out still, because my glans cannot handle still the vacuum, but what I’m trying to say is that maybe your internals have never been pulled out with your hanger. I assume you used Bib.

By the way are you cut? Just curious! Have you felt a real fatigue – a kind of thing where your body says: “if you don’t drop this weight right now, I am going to explode!”?

I agree you have the right to be disappointed and discouraged after investing so much time and effort, but think again trough. Somewhere, something went wrong. Most probably the biggest part of these huge weights have never been supported by the right tissues to facilitate growth.
Take a mental break from all the PE stuff. After a month or so give a thought of PE again, but never be too eager, just try different stuff looking for the right feeling on your internal tissues.

lost, don’t give up. I know it’s a lot of time, and there’s other things you’d rather be doing. And I know your social life takes a hit. But it is worth it when you achieve the feeling of contentment. I had stages like this where I lost motivation, but part of being a winner is regrouping, picking yourself up and carrying on. I recommend you take a few weeks to a month or so off of PE, not for any reason like deconditioning, but just to clear your head of it for a while. Forget about it completely, spend more time out, hit on some chicks. Then come back. If you like, you can contact me by PM and I’ll do my best to help you every step of the way. And you can keep me motivated also. Like a synergy (well maybe not but I just like that word).
