Just Got My Bib Hanger
I finally saved enough money to buy a Bib Hanger, and since it’s future is kind of unknown I bought one right away and it came today. So now I have to go buy some weights to hang from the sporting goods store. I have read some of the posts on hanging so I’m probably going in the right direction.
So I have a couple of questions. First, my routine is here hyyprr - Hyyprr’s Routine and Progress Report and I’ve been doing this for the last 3-4 weeks. I have been getting great gains and I want to hang mainly due to its hands-free qualities. I get very tired after about 25-30 minutes of stretching and since I do my jelqs and Ulis afterwards I sometimes get discouraged because of fatigue. So is it still possible to hang and then immediately afterwards do my jelq/Uli routine, or would this be too much?
Second, how much more intense is hanging? Like I said I’ve been getting great gains, and I’m actually getting very close to 8” BPEL (haven’t updated the progress report yet) with just manual stretching. Will hanging just increase my gains or will it be something that might slow be down because of over training?
