Is two or three days enough?
I was going to start hanging this week, but wanted to know if it would even be worth it to only hang 2-3 days a week. That’s about all the time I have alone to hang. I jelq and stretch and have had good success with them, but have reached a plateau. Hanging seemed to be the next logical choice. I would still jelq and stretch on non-hanging days. Should I try it or just stick with the manual exercises until more time becomes available?
