Hanging and ADS

Soon has decided that it’s time to start hanging. After reading so informative posts on haning, I have come to the conclusion that the Cap’s Wench is the best idea to start with. I have also read upon the ADS’ but none of the ones that I read upon caught my eye.

Basically, to the hangers, what hanger do you like and what ADS do you use in conjunction?

Soon is about to go into waters where he hasn’t planned on going so give me a hand here.

Definitely start with the Wench if you’re willing to build it — it’s free and some guys like it better than any other hanger.

If you ever run into limitations with the Wench, consider a Bib or Redi-Stretcher. Both are excellent and well worth the money.

Recently I have been using an AutoEXT in conjunction with hanging. It’s not really suitable for true ALL-day stretching (can’t hide it under clothes, and it requires breaks), but it’s useful when you’re lounging around the house. Monkeybar is currently working on a strap-type ADS that will work while seated as well as standing; judging from his past work, it should be excellent.

Many guys feel that Monty’s PE weights are the best ADS option. They won’t do anything for you, however, if you spend most of the day seated.

lol, it’s about 4:12 in the morning here on my birthday playing “God Of War” for the PS2 and I am pretty damn tired from hanging from about 10:00 up till now but damn I feel some good fatigue, just.. need.. to do.. a few more.. set…!! :drool1: All of these 20 min sets have been OTS with 10 min breaks using a Captn Wench hanger and 4 pounds approximently BTW, so I’m feeling great soreness in the outer shaft and inner shaft already! :)

soon10x7, I haven’t messed with too much ADS before. The closest I got to ADS is what I’m doing right now, pretty much hanging all night or all day. I guess you could call it ADH. :) As for your situation, I would recommend seriosuly when starting hanging to learn how to wrap correctly and pretty good (you don’t need to be perfect) before you start hanging. The beginning of any hanger’s adventure is going to have to include lots of thinking and expiermentation when you begin hanging. I’ve heard others go threw that and I have had to go through that and probaly still will have to when I start thinking I need to switch to new angles for me like BTC and OTL. Mainly I’m doing SO and OTS right now pretty hardcore as you can see and I have seemed to made some gains already, I think I am going to rest for 2 days (if I can handle not doing any PE) for the next 2 days since I realize, resting might be the time when the gains are actually made and cemented.

Umm basically try to focus on one angle you think will get you the fastest quick gains at first (the quicker you see gains the more you’ll begin to like hanging), like I chose OTS and SO since I want to stress the internal structures like the whole inner and outer shaft including the tunica etc and attachment points of the penis as BIB would say. Try not to get to frusterated at first when learning how to hang correctly, it took me tons of trial and error and lots of mess ups to make my hanging a automatic process basically where I don’t need to think when I’m wrapping, attaching the hanger, attaching the clamp, the weight etc… The OTS angle is particualry hard to get used to and to do it right. It took me a while to get it down to setting up the position optimally quickly with little effort. One tip for OTS is to use a towel folded in 2 and place that on one of your shoulders, then drape the weight attached to a string/rope/cable over your shoulder and adjust the tension so it is targeting your inner penis and whole shaft (as your adjusting your tension/stress of the hang you want to move your pelvis and upper body aroudn a little and shoulders so you can feel the tension focus right on the inner and outer shaft).

I have to start another set right now and play this game, but if you have anymore specific questions on the details I would happy to help soon10x7. Like Para-Goomba said, in the beginning take it slow only because you are still learning how to wrap correctly, how to attach the hanger, how to attach the clamp at the right time, and how to hang. One other very important point I would like to make is it seems to me like not moving very much as your hanging (not moving your body including your shoulders, upper body, arms, legs, feet are ok I think, etc) because every time you do this you are shifting the tension/stress of the hang and in a sence are resetting the progress that the static tension has made with the cells of the internal structure tissues of the penis that are being stressed which means every time you move your body to much and increase the stress too little or too much you are messing up the cell growth process. Beleive me, you will feel a lot more sore if you don’t move around too much after a few consecutive sets. You can move around a little to puncuate the tension or shift the tensions/stress position to target a new area but don’t do that too much for the reasons I explained above. Soon,I built a wench about a month ago ,and it’s fabulous.Once I got my wrap right,it really became comfortable.I hang ten pounds straight out for twenty minutes at a time,with no discomfort.That is unless I get in a hurry and don’t wrap right.Otherwise it’s great.No gains to report yet but I’m hoping they will come soon,as I’m really starting to feel a good fatigue at the end of my sessions.Good luck to you.Lovemachine,I tried OTS the other night for the first time,but kept going numb after five minutes or so.I was hanging ten pounds,so maybe it was too much weight for OTS or maybe I need to wrap differently for this.Any advice would be appreciated.

You stress wrapping and I don’t know nothing about it but have read the HTW thread. It invovles cutting a scrunci and it seems very simple.

LoveMachine, 8 is enough, since you fella’s use the Capt’s wrench could you specifically say how you’re putting it on and clamping. I’ve been using the Autoextender but also want to get back into hanging with my wrench.

I’ve always had trouble with blood pressure building shortly after applying the weight, higher the weight, higher the pressure goes and my head gets hard with blood just a few minutes into a set.

Anyway, if you guys wouldn’t mind disecting how you go about putting in on and removing blood from head while clamping I’d appreciate it.

Here’s how I do it, please correct me “where” I’m wrong. I first wrap flaccid and stretched out. Use one wrap of Ace cotton wrap (loose) followed by sports wrap over that. Then, wrap the wrench around jr and fasten it securly, so the Wrench is now on. But it seems to trap any blood already in the head at this point, and squeezing the blood from the head while trying to put on the hanger seems impossible to me, I think this is where I’m screwing up??

With the wrench now on and hopefully the blood squeezed from the head, I put on the clamp and tighten as much as possible to grab the internals. Actually it does very well but as minutes tick by the head starts to enlarge with blood. I have to remove everything except the wrap, slide the wrap back up the shaft some and put the hanger back on, then, start over…very fustrating!

I’d really like to nail down how you make the wrench work without getting any head pressure or at least keep it low toward the end of a set.

To get the blood out of the head I will squeeze the head after I’ve done my first “loose” wrap around the shaft. Doing it further along in the procedure is more difficult and once you’ve put that wench on, it’s impossible.

Thanks for the reply. Your procedure sounds like it “will” work and will give it a try. It is indeed impossible to do it after everyting is on. My problem has always been trying to remove head blood after or just before tightening the clamp down, your way sounds much better!

I’ve seen this statement before and I have to tell you that is just isn’t true. When your sitting, your still in a tractive state. You can’t get out of it. The rings and the wrap keep you extended. No-one sits all day. when you do get up the tissues get another slight stretch. Add that up all day and you’d be surprised how much effect your going to end up with. These weights aren’t going to go-to-sleep just because your sitting down. Besides the benefit of the weights are to keep the ligs straight and prevent turtling. Turtling can’t happen when the rings are on, believe me.

You really have to give this system a try to understand all the beneficial dynamics that get applied here.

Yes, but then you loose that frequent little tug every time you get up. 2lbs or so. Straightening the crimps on the side of the ligs out as often as possible during the day is what keeps the continuity of stretch between hanging sessions. Closest you can come to hanging all the time.

I think that’s one of the problems. You actually don’t know how much tension your applying. With 3 rings of PEweights your right at 2lbs. Can you figure out the tension on other devices? I’m curious.

I have the Captain’s wench which I also use for ADS, I am only guessing on the tension weight. I have used a rubber cock ring set, that has three different sizes. I use the large one that goes BTB and it all depends how far you stretch it. I took a fish scale to check tension and I can get anywhere from 1 lb- 10 lbs. Of course you don’t want to stretch to it’s breaking point. I don’t think that would feel to good when it snaps.
