Hello! My name is DrKnockboots and I started doing PE about 4 years ago. I found this website due to my insecurities with my ex-girlfriend. She’d had more sexual experiences that I’d hoped for and I wanted to know how I could get to the big boys club to be on a level playing field. I didn’t realize that jelqing to offset the lower EQ from hanging, to me was necessary. I’m single and celibate now so the pressure to perform isn’t there.

Tonight I’m continuing with my routine which is as follows:

7 minute rice sock warm up
6 sets @ 5.5lbs x 20 min
5 minute rests breaks in between sets.
7 minute rice sock warm down
100 concentrated wet jelqs (50 per side)

Good for you! It’s good to see some guys are talking about hanging it’s been a somewhat dead forum. I just started a mixed routine with hanging and pumping/ clamping.

Last night was Day 4 - 5.5lbs. At 7 days I will bump my weight up to 6lbs. The times were as follows:

Set 1 - 12:40 a.m.
Set 2 - 1:32 a.m.
Set 3 - 2:03 a.m.
Set 4 - 2:36 a.m.
Set 5 - 3:00 a.m.
Set 6 - 3:43 a.m.

Sounds like you may be over doing it bro. You should focus on length or girth first and stick to that, then move on. Over training can lead to hitting walls in gaining or even injuries. Slow but steady man.

I took a day off yesterday and started today with a weight increase of .50lbs. I’m up to 6.0lbs @ 6 sets for 20 minutes. I was only able to get in 5 sets today as I have to work tonight driving to PA from VA. I noticed that the 7 minute break times in between sets really help me out. I used to only do 4 min and had too much blood in my glands and would need to re-adjust often. So far so good though. After a week I think I’ll start moving up by a 1lb instead of a half.

I wish I had the time for hanging. Produces great BPSFL gains which lead to my BPEL gains. A bonus when I did stop hanging was that my EQ went through the roof.

Honestly it would seem like overtraining for a lot of guys but I’ve been pumping consistently for two years and I did a hanging routine in the past with a light bathmate pump after. Unfortunately I jumped right into pumping from the start so I turned my dick into steel. I’m also going very light on the pumping and or clamping at the end of my hanging sets. I’m doing 5 on 2 off. I was starting to loose my mind last time I hung, two hours a day plus breaks was like watching paint dry. My EQ is great and so in morning wood. I’m using those as my guideline and of course any pain. I hope you stick to it bro! I hope I do too!

I am on the newbie routine in order to conditioning my penis to later (in few months or so) move on to a more advanced length focusing routine. Would you guys recommend hanging? Is hanging a effective PE method to get length gains? I want to go for length first, then girth. I am after a 2-2.5” gain in NBPEL and then whatever girth I can achieve, but primary flaccid size and erection length for now.

Is the EQ change for the worse massive or can you prevent it by also doing some jelqing? I did not know hanging had a negative impact on EQ. Would appreciate any reply on this, thanks.

Yeah, hanging is a bit of a commitment! Hours a day for most of the week isn’t something that is really practical to most people. I do what I can. I try not to skip days, but with my work schedule it happens. I try to jelq mostly everyday to do at least something and I know for me jelqing is what offsets the lowered EQ when hanging. My EQ as of now is around 8.5 to 9 most of the time so I’m good. I’ve never seen lower than this. I know after my hanging session, I can get like steel with good quality jelqing. Seeing that I’m celibate, helps with that too.

I’d recommend really learning how to manual stretch and work manual exercises before getting into hanging as my opinion. You can not only gain with it when comes to length and size, but also in wisdom to PE in general. Learning how your body reacts, what works and what doesn’t can go a very long way in your development. Remember that this isn’t a sprint but look at it as a lifelong marathon. Take it easy! Hanging is a very intense form of PE that yes, can get you fantastic results but can damage your penis temporarily or even permanently if the user is too over zealous.

I know for me doing the JP90 routine was probably one of the best experiences with PE that I’ve had. My EQ was on 10 all day everyday! I did the work, took the vitamins and supplements, and gained! Just be privileged to know HOW to increase your size in these forums and grow on your knowledge from there. I mean, what’s the rush?

My advice…Stick to manuals for at least 6 months. Study Hanging 101 and everything that you can learn about hanging before you make the leap.

5 minute concentrated wet jelqs (Slow and Deliberate)

As you can see, I’m tweaking my routine a little at a time to increase the overall benefit. The 5 minute jelqs at the end were really good! I will make it 7 minutes tomorrow as a permanent part of the sessions because the time flew by so quickly. I also kegel when attaching the hanger 25 times per set as well. Anything to offset the lowered EQ in which these practices have been helpful thus far.

Yeah. Seems like simple manual exercises is the way to go at the beginning to learn how your penis works and reacts to the pressure. I am just getting in the groove of things now with technique and intensity, taking it as easy as possible and slowly ramping it up. You’re right, there is no rush. I think rushing it can be your worst enemy because the penis is obviously a very delicate and important tool we have and if you injure yourself you will just set yourself back and it will also require extra time to heal. I will absolutely do a lot of reading in combination with preparing myself both physically and mentally for a more advanced approach to PE.

Do you have any knowledge about permanent flaccid gain? I mean the same type of gains when we talk about erect gains (with cementing of course). Because I really would like the idea of turning myself from a grower to a shower eventually, I am currently a grower, my penis almost doubles when erect.

Excellent! You’re on the right track. As far as permanent flaccid gains routines, I’d figure anything that is dealing with stretching and especially after a good warm up will eventually lead to flaccid gains, but bear in mind that it does take time as well. You can search here for more specific routines. As for me, I noticed that when I have a consistent practice of jelqing regularly, that I’m larger throughout the day. Start off with focusing on doing the JP90 course, maybe even twice adding more sets and more stretching time the second time you go through it again and see where you end up. I could even vouch for you wearing an all day cock ring behind the balls after your first 3 months of completing that program. Remember, time under tension (plus heat) makes him grow.

So yesterday something amazing happened to me! I’ve been taking some measurements these last couple days just to be sure, but I think I can finally say that I am now 7.5 inches by 5.25 inches!!! These measurements were taken boned pressed standing and sitting on multiple occasions. Bigger sitting for some reason.

I had non boned pressed measurement around 7.7” to 7.8” but I would much rather go with the bone pressed as it is more accurate to me. I can finally say in my mind that I’m nowhere to being small. Not yet qualified to say I am a part of the big boys club (8”+) but I am well on my way!

Some new goals that I am setting for myself are as follows:

1. Being more consistent in hanging

2. Continuing to improve my wrapping technique.

3. Adding a more sustainable and consistent heating application such as a warm rice sock between sets. I think I will be investing in a mini microwave for my room.

4. Starting up a progressive jelqing program. 2 sets of 50 slow jelqs per day for a week at a time. Increasing the amount by 25 per set, per week.

5. And finally, keeping this thread updated as much as possible.

It’s really crazy to me to see how far I’ve come as I really wouldn’t consider myself a fast gainer in the four years that I have invested, but I have thoroughly enjoyed the trip and the time to me has flown by!

I have never put a deadline on to attaining my goal (8.75” x 6.75”) because I have looked at this as a lifelong Hobby. I want to be 80 years old, still jelqing, not needing Viagra and still could sling good wood with the best of them!
