Constructed My First Hanger

Well it must be cumulative over time, tonight I can say I’m feeling fatigue at just 2.5lbs, just like what I feel from fowfers on the ligs, I feel in the tunica. I guess I’m doing something right.

Is it ok to hang everyday? So far I don’t really feel like I need rest days(I’ve still been taking them from jelqing though), and I believe I read that you build on each consecutive days stretch, is this true?

I basically hang 27 out of every 30 days per month. I do, on the odd occasion take a day or two off, but I try to be consistent as much as possible

Yeah I’m starting to get the hang of this.
So the couple days you take off are pretty much just days when hanging isn’t convenient right?

I’m finding it interesting how I get more fatigue each day, yet there is no after feeling like there was from manual stretching.

I’ve also found that my Wench is starting to get broken in, and the coolness of the glands isn’t as bad. I just don’t know what it’ll be like
when I up the weight and may need to tighten the clamp more. By the way Andrew this Quick Clamp is tits! It works great.
Do you think your penis adapts and gets better blood flow to compensate?

For anyone who’s still reading this thread besides me… :p

I’ve been hanging for close to a week now, and I’ve already noticed girth increasing at the base, well I mean more so the internal base, when I used to stretch my unit out, it was alot skinner at the inner parts that get stretched out, now it seems substantially thicker. I think this is really good because I’ve also noticed harder longer lasting erections, so perhaps this thickening out down there is allowing more blood to flow in.

I don’t know about the adaption as far as blood flow goes, but you are certainly seeing some adaption as far as base girth goes!

Well I don’t know if I would call it “base” girth, as it’s part that you don’t normally see, I only see it when I stretch it out, and I’ve noticed it’s quite a bit thicker than normal. Maybe if it thickens enough it will gradually stay out more in this extended state and cause a erect length gain. It’s just really strange to see this happen over the span of less than a week, when I haven’t even went up from 2.5lbs yet.

But I can’t complain, that’s for sure. :D

Turtling is an indication that you done what you set out to achieve, deformation of the tissues.

Well I hang before I go to bed, so I guess I’m relying on nocturnal erections to keep it stretched out. When I’m in bed my flaccid is at it’s best, I have alot of erections through the night, as it seems that it just about stays hard the whole night, any time I wake at night it’s erect!

Well today marks one week of hanging, I like it and I plan to keep it in my PE arsenal. I picked up a 1lb dumbbell today from walmart for 96 cents,
and plan to tie it with my 2.5lb weight for 3.5lbs. This 1lber will allow me to move up in weight more gradually and milk each amount for all the gains I can
as I move up. I still hit light fatigue with the 2.5lbs but I think 3.5lbs will more effeciently allow me hit fatigue sooner.
(And I read you want to find your max weight soon.)

I was just reading more on hanging from a link on the front page here.
“Jelqing, both normally and behind the scrotum, after a hanging session will help cement gains,
improve blood flow - enlarging the veins - and generally improve penile health.”

I already do light jelqing after hanging, but I am considering making it a post hanging ritual to do full jelqs and also possibly throwing in a clamping session.
Sinse as I mentioned earlier, I hang before bed and don’t wear an ADS, I think doing this will give me the post-jelq pump before bed and keep my penis from
“turtling” as Andrew mentioned.(Even though I haven’t really noticed this happen - except when I did manual stretching - unless I’m not hanging enough
yet… I guess I’ll see, or maybe I won’t if I follow my master plan….) This pump effect usually lasts a few hours by which time I should be asleep with a nice
nocturnal erection working on my behalf.

Jelqing after hanging sounds like a good plan, just be careful not to over do it.

Well the turtling concept makes sense anyways because I got it from manual stretching, so maybe its when you do a certain amount of micro-tears, or something to that effect. Perhaps the jelqing, both after stretching then and now after hanging (and some inbetween sets) has helped me avoid the turtle effect and it’s harmful crappiness.

Well I think I consider 3.5lbs as my max for hanging right now, I definately feel fatigue, and would not want to hang anymore than this for 20 minutes at this time. I’m really supprized that my max is this low, because when I did manual stretches I was hardcore! Putting probably 30-40lbs of pressure into my stretches. But I’m ok with this - the less I have to hang and still get fatigue and make gains the better!

More increase in girth at that inner spot below the base, when I stretch now it have the same consistency as the rest of the shaft where it use it get quite skinnier. (I’m talking about inner penis I think, and you can only see it if you stretch out your penis, there’s probably good half inch or more.) My hypothesis is that maybe this will continue to gain girth to the point where it no longer sinks back into my body, and if it does I will gain quite a bit of length! I think the erectile tissue is developing more in this area as I’m hanging, and I think this might be the key to gaining this inner penis as erect length. This is all very amazing to me because I’ve only been hanging barely over a week!

I haven’t measured the gain, but the fact that I can notice a distinct visual difference shows that it is quite a considerable about of penis mass to gain in this amount of time.
