BIB Has Spoken... A New Hanging Technique Is Born In 2006!

Quote
To the original poster, this is not a “New Hanging Technique”.

This technique has been around for a long time so this thread tidal is very miss leading.

I don’t care. Who cares about trivial shit like that that doesn’t really matter.

:D

LOL. :) I do need to work on girth (but I’m going by BIB’s theory of work on length first then girth, although I do see maybe a little girth here and there helping out with the goal) in reality and I do need a nice tan actually. :)

I tottaly agree SS4Jelq. Listen to SS4Jelq people, this dude has been around and knows what he’s talking about…

When you said you felt fatigue in your tunica like never before with a 2 1/2lb weight, where specifically did you feel the fatigue if you don’t mind me asking?

NP at all homey. :) It’s cool because I felt the fatigue deep in the inner penis the way I was hanging with the technique. Like all the way to the root of the penis where the CC’s and CS all merge together near the anus and up to the where my penis exits out and is visible. Very internal feeling. I attribute this to doing what BIB said by taking my nutsack and nuts and bisecting them actually over the fulcrum rice-sock because I imagine then that if you have the correct position with your pelvis and butt you can perfectly target the inner penis as well as the outer. I did feel some good outer penis stretch as well but I need to do more testing to figure out exactly what positions stress where etc.

Essentially, the duct tape forms the rice sock into a solid, but soft fulcrum, that is comfortable on the shaft. Each guy is able to make it into exactly what he needs.

Duct taping the hard plastic to one side prevents the skids of the hanger from digging into the rice sock. So, in the SO position, with buttocks close to the edge of the chair, the weights are hanging straight down, pullng the hanger down over the front edge (hard plastic area) of the fulcrum, and providing a gentle bend to the shaft.

With the weight pullng the hanger down, it also pulls the skids of the hanger into the fulcrum. The hard plastic prevents the skids from digging into the rice sock, and acts as a second fulcrum, putting more stress on the shaft which already has the gentle bend. The result is a great stress on the septum.

I hope that helps.”

I guess Mr F. was right about where the plastic piece should go but I still like my pic much better this his. :) Now I understand exactly what BIB meant by the double fulcrum. He put the hard plastic there to buffer the softness of the rice-sock so a complete stretch could occur across the length of the penis… I’ll have to update my image. :)

BIB says in his post…

“Once you learn how to do it, it takes literally seconds to set up. The uncomfortable fulcrum will be a thing of the past.”

I think right here he is acknowledging that this technique for hanging is basically like the other way we fulcrum hang but this is a evolution of that idea and is a better way to do it. ;) I do KNOW that is was pretty uncomfortable to fulcrum hang before with a metal bar having tried it a few times myself, so this is why I have these thoughts. There are a few more advantages of course to fulcrum hanging this way BIB said as well (of course the other fulcrum hanging way may have some hidden benifits we haven’t thought of yet, which I don’t want to get into right now).

With lighter weights a rod works. You don’t want the diameter too small, and some padding is needed. Someone had the idea a while back of creating a stand for fulcrum hanging, which struck me as a good idea. Imagine something similar to a slingshot mounted on a board.

A rod or other semi-rigid curved surface may be better at increasing stress near the fulcrum point, similar to or the same as this.

Oh crap, and I just ordered a Bib-hanger :( .

What position/method is best for fastest fatigue?

OTS, BTC, SO, e t c. Which one is most known using a Bib-hanger?

If you had read enough about hanging to be ready to hang you’d be familiar with suggested starting positions. As a new hanger you’ll have more to deal with than worrying about position. You’ll have to learn to wrap and which method works for you, figure out which wrapping material(s) you prefer, learn to attach properly, spend time adjusting the hanger, learn which sensations are ok and which aren’t, spend time at lower weights conditioning the softer tissues and possibly stretching skin, etc.

So, for now I recommend ITB (in the box). ;)

I’ve never tried a BIB hanger but I imagine it would be great once it was learned how to use correctly consideringn how BIB pretty much invented all the angles we hang at (or at least popularized them) and after reading a lot of his information. For you JES-Extender dealing with hanging I would say the common thought is test your LOT and then choose which angle to hang from as BIB described. Of course we don’t really know if the LOT theory is completely true in the way it is described so always keep your mind open and be skeptical here. Think for yourself based on your own expierence. If you don’t want to think then just go with the popular opinion. :) As said many times. If you have a high LOT maybe go for lig gains by hanging at lower angles (SD, UTL, and BTC), otherwise attack the higher angles = SO and above like SO, OTS, SU, etc for tunica/shaft gains (real penis growth). The higher angles take longer to get gains but they are real actual penis shaft growth, in fact this thread your reading is actually discussing about a newer technique for tunica gains. Some of my best advice to you is to research penis anatomy seriosuly and learn what the tunica is (don’t forget the septum is part of the tunica in th middle of the penis shaft, don’t get confused with other things we call the septum in the our bodies like the nose septum which is middle part of your nose that splits it in two). Listen to hobby.

Yea right ya perv. ;)

Thanks for all the work on the diagrams guys. I have used a rice sock in this manner before and liked it. I am a way slow gainer and didn’t experience miracle gains from doing it.

Thanks for explaining that and the updated diagram, I understand now.

NP bluenun. :D

I really wonder if there isn’t some confusion here. Thunder explains that on the one had he says that the hanging is SO but then he says it’s down. Pictures all indicate down. I’m intrigued by this arch of a pull on the septum. I think it has great merit. Wish I didn’t stand up to do my SO’s.
