Anybody else doing this technique? What are you feeling while doing this? I feel very intense stretch that turns to soreness in my outer shaft.

I’ve been doing it and worked up to pretty heavy weight with still little gains to show. Is it working well for anyone else?
I really can’t say that yet. Time will show. One thing I have noticed that I get very intense stretch from OTS after doing RSDT to fatigue.
Bib said that you need to do straight angles too. Only doing RSDT won’t show much gains because it will mostly stretch top of the shaft only.
I agree, I need to do more straight out hanging for sure.
What’s a straight angle? Is that putting the weight over your shoulder and having it pull the unit straight up?

Straight angle is any angle without fulcrum. SO or OTS is good. I prefer OTS.
Let’s think your septum limits your length and you get good stretch on it from RSDT. After that you do SO. Now your other tissues stretch a little more because septum was not limiting the stretch anymore.
