Are breaks required for VACUUM hangers (10lbs+)?

I use both the bib hanger and vacuum hanger for hanging 10lbs+.

With the bib hanger, I hang each set for 20 minutes and then take a 10 minute break. With the vacuum hanger, can I hang heavy weights 10lbs+ for 1-3 hours continuously without taking any breaks? And whenever I feel the fatigue getting intense, I can reduce the weights. Yes I am aware of all the blister issues which can be avoided with wraps and tapes.

Unlike compression-style hangers (ie; bib hanger), which grip the penis by squeezing it firmly, vacuum hangers work by suction. Since there is no tissue compression, do the same rules apply for vacuum hangers?

Today I hanged 10lbs with Vac Hanger for 45min until I felt I need to reduce the weight, so I removed 2.5lbs and hang for the 15min without taking off the hanger. I am using the blue sleeve for hanger, but I need to buy his newest sleeve, the red one (the one that is made for the hanger, not for ADS), since the current one feels like it is stretching too much.

Multiple hrs, even if possible, isn’t advisable - have to check on things just in case. Better be safe than sorry…

Vacuum hangers allow longer sets, but I would limit them to 30 minutes just to err on the safe side. If everything is okay, you can continue after <5 minutes.

Trial and error isn’t really a happy thought when it comes to your penis! 20 - 30min and then a quick jelq is probably the way to go. Heat might help with extended periods.

Right now I’m hanging 4 hours straight, but with a smaller weight(5lbs). I think that if you know your penis and feel what’s going down there before a possible injury can happen you can hang as much as you like.

How’s this for irony, did a 30 min session, took the vac hanger off, jelqed and put it back on. After 20 min I decided to do a little twisting. The vac hanger must have slipped slightly and let in some air. When I took it off I had the biggest blood blister and my vac hanger had blood in it! Good god. 3 weeks off for me :(

What does air have to do with it? And don’t you feel blister forming? I mean, did you feel nothing for the duration of 20 minutes and then whoops, there it is?

There is a time limit, due to the formation of blisters. On me 30 to 45 minutes at 10 to 15 lbs equals no blister. One hour or slightly greater equals blistering, which ain’t pretty at all.

The little bit of air allows for small movement which nipped a bit of skin. Sadly didn’t notice. There’s a certain amount of discomfort that you put up with anyway. This was the first time in a few months I had gone for an extended session also. Ordered some new sleeves which should help stop any leakage.

Was the blister on the shaft ? Do you pimp the air out after applyng the vac hanger ?

Blisters form on the tip, near the urethra.

Yeah it was on the head. Still in a poor state. Having to wear plasters all the time to prevent further irritation. Quite painful sometimes. I think there will be a scar for a while also.

I personally would avoid vacuum hanging altogether, it will lead to discoloration of the end of your penis. I also don’t believe you are gripping the ligs enough to do much, might be good for post hanging ads, but I would leave it at that personally if I were to do things over again.
